Hi Emma, I'm Giovanni, from Italy. I'm 22 years old and I live in Padua, in the North-East of Italy. I love your videos about english language. I've learned many things I can use on job. I'm receptionist in three-stars hotel. I'd like to see you and listen to you in a video that explains a sort of vocabulary of the hotel, maybe a conversation or a list of verbs, nouns or english idioms about hotels. May I suggest you make a video explainig some idiomatic uses of the English language to make me a good impression with guests/customers ? That would be great. (I suggest you make a video explaining "However, Anyway and other conjuntions too) I beg you pardon if you find some misprints or mistakes in my comment, I'm not very good with English 'cause when I was younger and I attended High School, I had a bad teachers, even with French (learning by heart) and German (changing many teachers and techniques), especially the last two years. However I try to train my brain thinking in English (just like you said in a video). I wake up every morning and I think about three english senteces in my mind, I think in conversation sometimes (you are the first person that spoke me about this technique, I believed to be mad). So now I greet you because I have to go to work. See you soon. Giovanni

This is part of doing your advice about how to improve english, you give advice to write some comments in community. I decide to just comment in your video that's the simple way haha. Correct that "date" has only one vowel sound but that is a plain "e" as in "bed", The yod which follows is frictionless but is nonetheless a consonant sound. The transpose is "ye" as in "yes". In fact, if you record yourself uttering "yes" clearly and play it in reverse, it sounds like "say" - and vice versa of course.
