​@egotm2167 Well, there are only a couple of ways to go about having a good anti cheat. Both include allowing Respawn/EA access to your files. Because having an anticheat based on reports means innocent players getting banned for being too good. So it has to be based on files. That's why valorant has such a good anticheat.

The crazy thing is I played SOCOM US navy seals on PlayStation 2 (one of the first online console games) back in the early 2000’s and that game got ruined by cheaters too. No recoil, walling, aimbot, speed hackers and sky walkers with increased fire rate etc. Nothing has changed 20 years later.

Aim assist helps you with tracking because controller is inherently a bad input. Aimbot hits shots you have no business hitting even when your crosshair isn’t on them. There are ways to detect Cronus Zen but it wouldn't be profitable. Its stupid how many people are using Zens its more profitable for Apex to keep them in the game. And I have proof of this. The new Anti-Cheat package Respawn upgraded too has the ability to detect Zens easily but they haven't banned any Zen users.

There is an exploit that allows PC players to trick the system into thinking they're on console and if they don't queue up with PC players they WILL be put into console lobbies. It's pure ass that we can't even avoid aimbotters and wallers now xD zim/cronus was bad enough -_- Has been happening for several months as well. Not sure if it was Destroyer2009 who started it off >.< For some reason they always show as PS players (controller icon), never once seen one with the xbox logo.

Yep. Online FPS gaming is dead. Has been for some time. I argued for some time that top ranked players were using cheats. Cheats used to be an exclusive item that only the creators of cheats and the people that paid them had. You always had the detectable forum freebies and half arse cheats. Then you had entire business models built around cheats. Online FPS games were DEAD the second sponsored professionals were allowed to pretend to be pro level.

I’m not gonna lie, i have 2 modded controllers and used to have a strike pack. i am an ex cheater in most games that i play on my xbox. but 1 thing that i did before cheating is actually getting good at the game. i didn’t get my EA account banned from cheating, it got banned from toxicity. cheating is unbearable, but when u don’t get bored from cheating then that is a real issue. I started cheating to see what it felt like to cheat not to abuse it but to see what it’s like to be 1. I don’t cheat or do any kind of exploits in any game now after getting account resets to being banned for 2 weeks for cheating. Honestly the strike pack isn’t even as good as people make it seem, the no recoil is just making the gun shoot down instead of up. you have to recoil control upwards instead of downwards, rapid fire only works on single fire guns and it only makes single fire shoot as fast as the full auto nothing faster, full auto with rapid fire is going to make the gun shoot slower and will make it burst fire as well.

This game is so bad right now lol the sbmm is so bad that you genuinely can't escape the cheating. There is no way to just sit back and have fun playing the game. I've been only playing the rotation game modes this season because of it but even in those modes there is very strict sbmm and because of there being less players in the lobby. Due to that, I'm still very often playing cheaters. Not even just the cheaters but I think other people have the same mindset I do and there has been a massive amount of 3 stack sweats playing limited time modes, which has made them next to unplayable. There is literally no way to enjoy this game right now if you're a decent player and don't want to sweat your ass off unless you want to make multiple accounts and smurf ranked. This game genuinely punishes you for being good. I'm 31 years old and yes I'm good at games but I play mnk. I get off work and come home to relax and play games and I'm going up against cheaters, 3 stack sweats and aim assist 90% of the fights I'm in, it's actually pathetic.

Is this only a pc problem or what cause I play on console and I don’t really notice anything

Nah console really only has to deal with teaming and Zens, which is beatable, while PC gets the crazy stuff lol.

​@@xkinryua crocus with a good player is just as bad as airboat cause it's taken garbage players and made them below average and below average to average average to good and good becomes great or elite depending on the settings they use with it to say it's not a problem is wrong but when we're comparing it to pc it gets ridiculous like insta heal reload locking on to people through walls beaming people the moment they peak and orger things

I feel like at Respawn there’s some form of sabotage going on because it just seems they take so long to address things, an easy way to make it even harder and even more costly for these scum bags is to hardware ID ban them and add phone number access for ranked

I had a teammate who was also soft cheating with the havoc he had zero recoil and shredded the lobby I reported him several times and nothing happened it's like apex wants to fix it but doesn't !!

Just deleted the game today. The fact that streamers are posting more cheater video than actual gampelay videos shows the state of the game. But hey yall got those re skins and they got their money so alls fair i guess.

gibby with a six pack was on my team in ranked and me and my duo knew he was cheating so we died to watch and he honestly isnt that good. also died to him in solos
