@Kimeikus Salaam bro, i was sign posted to you by this channel hoping you could help me locate a pdf written by a Canadian Salafi Bengali brother back in c.2015? I only know he’s bengali because his kunyah was spelled “al benghalee” something like that as opposed to the usual “bengali” spelling. Anyways, the brother’s sheikh was the target of “abu iyaad’s” pdf refutation (who would’ve guessed) which i believe was titled something like “to the fence-sitters in Canada”. This was all about the sheikhs neutral or rather non-stance on the whole sh. muhammad bin hadi split up issue which divided a bunch of spubs and Co. The bengali brother’s pdf rebuttal of Abu Iyaad was very detailed, fairly written and for all intents and purposes, provided no further reasons for me to bother looking into Abu Iyaad’s credibility as a critique on pretty much anything. I know i know, “even a broken clock is right at least twice a day” but i figured i’d much rather find something else more reliable than a broken clock to tell me what i needed to know and not have to second guess myself. It’s important for me to find this article because i’m trying to highlight to a family member why i don’t care to listen to Abu Iyaad and Co. And why they also shouldn’t. But they’re soo far gone at this point i can’t actually do anything about it and frankly i’m sick of getting into long-winded, heated arguments that go round and round. I’d much rather have that guy’s pdf to show as it was written in a style and method that i don’t think any true Salafi would argue with. Frankly, there was no “come back” after that by Abu Iyaad and the brothers in that Canadian organisation were only pushed to even write something because they strongly felt that their sheikh’s honour was dragged through mud for simply staying quiet over an issue- it begs belief that a grown man would call out an elderly sheikh in such a manner over something that was not fundamentally important. And then, the Canadian brother’s just went back to you know…actually studying the deen rather than, “SPNEWS24/7”. I pray they didn’t just delete the whole thing on the advice of their sheikh who was imho being overly humble, the sheikh kept reiterating to his students to not get involved at all despite all the slanderous attacks. Like, i totally get the whole “stay quiet, stay focused on the real goal” but like, defend yourself with the truth at-least and then turn your back on the ramblings of mad men who feign knowledge. At least give the ignorant lay people a chance to see what exactly is the truth and who they should be listening to, right? Thankfully the sheikhs student wrote a swift pdf perhaps without the sheikhs explicit permission but it cleared many accusations of the sheikh and highlighted in a precise manner the faults of abu iyaad’s typical, flawed methodology in critiquing. Anyways, apologies for the rant, if you can help locate this pdf it would be great. TIA Oh, the sheikh was also said to have been a prominent figure in bringing the salafi dawah to canada in the early 80’s and he was acquainted with sh. Rabi al madkhali. I’m sure the “spubs & co. gang” put out a video back then too, you know the DaaruSunnah type of videos where the typical format goes as follows: 1) ask loaded question to sheikh 2) get sheikhs answer 3) misapply answer to target somebody 4) feign “seal of authority” over the issue and consider it case closed 5) name call anyone questioning thereafter or exile them from any circles etc etc. All to essentially drag his name through the mud. However, his damning flaw was not wanting to get involved in (office) “politics”… Something that SPUBS demand of their ardent followers when things start looking a bit iffy for them, surprise surprise(!) Heck, i’ll give you a personal story. I called a brother (sp affiliated) regarding the suitability of a groom, after asking him about the character of the guy, he then turned and asked me questions. I expected similar, “character” type of questions. Instead, he just wanted to know whether or not abu khadeejah and abu iyaad were listened to by the girl from our side or if we/they frequented “the salafi” mosque….i said the truth, i told him not personally however the girl in question does listen to them individuals and visits when she can subject to car availability etc etc. Once he heard that, he seemed to have run out of any further question and was happy with the responses. I relayed it to my family, who kind of knew it would go like that but still couldn’t actually believe it when i told them my conversation ACTUALLY went like that. I don’t know what your plans are for unification, but 5 months on i still don’t see my respective family member inch towards us the slightest and they still send articles, info etc as if they were the marketing manager for spubs… If that’s not “idolising” people/fanaticism, i don’t know what is… Wish you all the best in your good efforts bro, personally at my wits end here.

The reality is Shaykh Rabee Al-Madkhali has publicly called for "khuruuj" against the Libyan president and Houthi Government in Yemen. Now according to Madkhalism, a ruler no matter how depraved must be obeyed if he violently seeks power. That is their reasoning for their condemnation of the Syrian revolution against Bashar the Nusayri. In Yemen, the Rafidah are now in power and thus must be afforded obedience according to Madkhalism. So Shaykh Rabee is according to Shamsi's principles, a rabid khariji for calling for armed khuruj in Libya and Yemen.

Despite the kind of name calling, abusive language used by both sides (expected, but still wrong) I appreciate these contradictions being brought to light in this manner. There's no good in taking sides over emotional or personal reasons. There is great good, however, in taking a principled position that is rooted in evidences from the source texts and scholarly opinion. Ahlu Sunnah are the complete opposite. Ahlu Sunnah absorb all of the related evidences to a given topic, and then carefully choice the view they believe to be the strongest.

It is the madkhalis who had made the deen difficult for people to follow just for the sake of protecting the Kingship of MBS and other Arab rulers. Sayyeda A'yesha (S۔A) rebelled because of Mu'awiya against Ali (R۔A). It is the consensus of the mainstream Sunni scholars from the enlightened three generations that Ali (R.A) was with Haq and those who came against him were at Batil. Well in authentic narrations it's there that Prophet (S۔A۔W) had already told Sayyeda A'yesha (S۔A) that the dogs of Medina will bark at her and then she should know that she isn't on the right side. When Mu'awiya took Sayyeda A'yesha (S۔A) to fight against Ali (R۔A) the dogs did bark at her and she did remember what Prophet (S۔A۔W) had told her but Mu'awiya still managed to get her in the fight. When she fell off her camel during the battle Ali (R۔A) sent ig her brother to take her back home. It is also narrated that she used to cry because of the battle she fought with Ali (R۔A) and she repented from her action but Mu'awiya never repented from his actions and under the cloak of taking Qisaas for the martyrdom of Uthman (R۔A) he fought with Ali (R۔A) not to mention that he even appointed Yazid violating the treaty that he had signed with Hassan (R۔A)۔ In Bukhari 2812 with regards to the martyrdom of Ammar bin Yasir (R۔A) was narrated by Prpphet (S۔A۔W) that he will be killed by rebellious 'group'. Ammar bin Yasir (R۔A) was with Ali (R۔A) & he was killed by group of Mu'awiya in ig Siffen or Nehrwan I don't remember exact which one. Sayyeda A'yesha (S۔A) wasn't there in the next two wars it was Mu'awiya who did all of this for his love of Dunya over the akhira. With regards to Yazid Hussain (R۔A) was on right side because Yazid wasn't a Caliph he was a King appointed by his father and the pledge of allegiance was taken by force and by bribing the people. The other sahabas did give bay'ah to Yazid because they were forced to do so. Hussain (R.A) had set example that whenever a ruler comes by force then there is no obedience . This is what the modern day madkhali scholars are afraid to tell because it would clearly show that the Kingship of Arabs has nothing to do with Islam and only Caliphate is Islamic way of government i.e selection of Caliph by consensus of Ummah and the opinion of the Shoora (comprised of the noblest of all people present at that time). Since MBS and all other Kings don't qualify for such a responsibility so they try their tactics to distort the interpretation of Caliphate as if it's synonymous to Kingship. Truth is there in Islam but you have to search for it. The problem is that we believe whatever our Sheikhs tell us and we don't corss verify them. These Salafis claim that they are upon the Sunnah of the enlightened three generations but this isn't the case. They are just the frontman of their Kings whoever pious arises among them and criticizes the actions of Kings they are jailed. A good way to avoid getting fooled by these Madkhali or any other person would be to refer to the authentic knowledge . Take two or three Commentary of Sahih Bukhari and Muslim including the Fatah AlBari by Ibn Hajr. Then read what he says in the commentary of narrations regarding the rebellion of Sayyeda A'yesha (S۔A) and Mu'awiya against Ali (R۔A), and Hussain (R۔A) against Yazid. You'll see that these Salafis tell opposite of what's mentioned by the scholars of enlightened three generations.
