I was 1 of the thousands called for jury duty on this trial. We sat and listened foe hours to the indictments. I honestly believe thug did a lot of what they said and caused a lot of harm. I agree folks love celebrities so much they ignore facts and truth.

Nique, I understand what you are saying. However, the prosecutors were not willing the case. For the judge to give Thug tome served in a non-negotiated plea deals suggest that she didnt believe prosecutors have proven their case. Who knows the jury decision if he stayed on the case, but they are pissed with the state, ready to go home, instructions are confusing so not guilty as we are ready to go home.

Half the evidence has gotten thrown out and the other half they can’t consider because the co defendants took a plea so they can’t use that either. So they probably going to be found not guilty.

I’mma about to rewatch Lil Woody snitching in the interrogation room. That is the only time the truth have been told during this whole debacle. One of the biggest mistakes the State made was waiting 7 or 8 years to charge these people.

Big facts woody told the truth then. People are dumb when they say truths comes out in courts. No truths come out in the dark when no eyes on you. Who dumb is dumb enough to snitch when all eyes on you? Hell he even said in the tape he didn’t want to be labeled a snitch. With all the snitching, phone calls and things found in houses, it should have been an open and shut case. But the prosecution didn’t know how to handle a rico and they need to watch and learn from the Feds. They was doing too much. They had plenty of material to tie this in to a RICO conspiracy. People are thinking this is like a regular state case.

I to have watched this trial every day and I agree 💯% in everything you’ve said. He was smart to take that plea deal. I also believe in spite of what Brian said he more than likely agreed a plea was in his best interest.

I agree also! Nobody is talking about his lawyer were possibly in agreement with Thug taking the plea. Once again, it appears as if it was in his best interest. The Defense attorney job is to create a picture that their client is not guilty.

Yeah this is why I think Thug’s plea HURT Shannon and Yak because Thug plead out on the RICO charges and that’s what he was truly guilty of under Georgia’s corrupt RICO law. Well, it has been PROVEN, that by pure definition of Georgia’s RICO law, the jury would HAVE to find Yak and Shannon guilty by the definition of RICO alone. Now, the jury being overwhelmingly confused and tortured all this time may more than likely not be able to unanimously agree to convict guilty. That’s my opinion.

14:11 whereas I get what you’re saying about how Thug’s plea may have helped Yak and Shannon, I disagree that the state would still be applying and giving more extensive and unnecessary evidence past current date on when the state finally decided to rest their case if Thug hadn’t taken his plea. The reason they wouldn’t be still able to do all of that is because of Judge Whitaker. The ONLY reason anything is proceeding and going forward the right way right now (pleas and evidence introductory included) is because Glanville was replaced by Judge Whitaker.

His lawyer said he shouldn’t have taken the plea. Steele was pist off. He took that deal… the offered him probation with special condition. When he refused the special condition they then offered him what 40+ years. That’s just crazy. The state lost this case from their lack of competence

Putting someone on probation for that long is not a loss. If he doesn't abide by the conditions, he's going to jail for a long time, if he abides by them, he's reformed. I'd say it's a win either way for the state. It's expected that Steel would be upset that there was a plea deal, he lost money. He would've earned so much more if he was still involved in this trial. Best believe he would've encouraged taking the plea deal from day 1, if his client was broke

They thinking like fans. As a guy that’s been in the streets and been to the Feds on a conspiracy charge, I could tell from the start they was guilty and thug was a part of it. Interrogation videos tell it all and in court you can tell they was hiding something.

As far as the last 2 I believe that there is evidence that a jury could reasonably find them guilty . However , maybe not for the rico charges . circumstantial evidence is in fact evidence and can hold the same weight as direct evidence .
