Sure thing. Transplanting is the “easy” part. Now that they have roots, it’s as simple as putting them in quality soil (I like making a homemade mix), and keeping things just the right amount of moist.

That being said, you want to be sure that it doesn’t dry out and also the other extreme, not too wet. That is the hard part of the easy part
