Thank you Georgia, this is so interesting to see! And oops I got a piece of a p. Erubescens, and did it in single node cuttings.. I hope the top one (one leaf and one still rolled up leaf) survives!! They both rooted in water and just got transferred to soil. Can't wait to own a pink princess 💕👑👸

Yoga With Roos thank you. I hope it survives too! It’s not a lost cause but definitely something to avoid if you can in the future 🤗

Great informative video! I purchased a single node cutting with a fully pink leaf and the seller told me the leaf would die off. I have the node in sphagnum & Perlite in a humidity dome with a heating pad and sufficient lighting but I can't wrap my brain around how this thing is supposed to convert food into energy for new growth without a leaf for photosynthesis? If you have any tips or suggestions I'd be so appreciative! :)

They do well propagating in water from what I hear. Mine yet to arrive via online purchase. This is what I found online. Thanks for the tips! *How to care for a Pink Princess Philodendron?* The best part? This plant is relatively low-maintenance and easily grown indoors, they like well-drained soil and some humidity. Allow the top inch of soil to completely dry out between drinks, and make sure it gets plenty of bright, indirect sunlight. But keep in mind these plants can be toxic to animals if eaten. How do you make the Pink Princess Philodendron more pink? To get the most colour out of your growing Pink Princess, ensure it gets plenty of indirect light - too much direct light and the leaves will yellow. You can expect young leaves on this plant to emerge as a dark green with white variegation, maturing to almost-black with pink spots. By the way I love your natural hair colour. Mine came in similar. Then now the hair dressers say people pay for this kind of natural colour of silver, grey, white you have coming in with your older natural brown.

Are you going to do a video on how your cuttings did? I tried propagating my Princess and they all died. Wish I'd seen your video first. :-( Were your cuttings successful? I'd LOVE to know! Thank you for all the info!
