Propane Refrigeration Basics

I have a flooded propane chiller with 16 stainless double u-tubes inside (4 shell passes). Other than field testing, is there a way to determine the maximum amount of propane and maximum amount of feed that can be ran through this chiller before it is no longer able to hold a certain refrigeration temperature? My simulation program can not do "double U-tubes" simulations.
