The spade terminals aren't "terrible". using the 12g instead of 8g ring, holy cats... Well, I mean, it "works", but... it sucks and creates CURRENT issues as you stated at the end *EVERYONE, THATS THE IMPORTANT PART* Your installations are fantastic and in my own field, I appreciate the attention to detail you show. HOLY CATS WHY IS ANYONE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE HYDRAULIC CRIMPER YOU USE?!?!?!?! A bathroom has a sink, you can turn the sink on full blast or just a little as you need, it still has the same amount of water that is available. You move your hand a bit more to move the handle open a bit more for more water. With the hydraulic crimpers, same thing. It's like a clutch pedal, you feel the pressure with your foot. according to how thick the wire gets, you need to use more force to crimp it. Like squeezing an old orange vs a fresh orange. That's probably the best one. Your hand is the size it is, you are as strong as you are, but you only need as much force as you need to crush that orange, the fresher the orange, the more force. The thicker the wire, the more force.

Is it wise to drill vent holes in the speaker pods to allow the speaker to move the air and improve the sound? Or is this a urban legend? Thanks again for your product reviews.

Went out and listened again later and turned it up pretty loud and now i sound like im having some distortion! Is that system capable of busting the stock speakers with out an amp connected? What could be causing the distortion after only listening to it a few times? It has distortion on any input radio, bluetooth etc..... your thoughts????

Why is it not cool to drill holes in bags for 6*9 speakers.
@NVSAUDIO4 жыл бұрын
I will address that on part 2 of the video . Adding holes so close to the face of the speaker restricts the air flow and changes the sound that the speaker produces . The increases pressure on the front of the cone causes stress on the voice coil trying to force the air though those tiny small funnels . I’ve when you buy mesh grill Material the manufacture post the open area specifications of the mesh to let you know how much air restrictions the grill provides so you can calculate for it .
