I am a beginner. I am not comfortable with driving bigger cars (say, Swift, Ritz, etc). I feel it is easy to drive cars like Santro and Alto. I feel bigger cars take the whole of the road width and if any car comes opposite it will be difficult, especially on narrow countryside roads. This scares me. Also I feel bigger cars very heavy and difficult to manage. Could you please advise? How to solve this perception? Is there any logic in my thought?

Large sedans are easier to drive due to their presence and power. It's more safer than smaller cars. This itself should give people more confidence in driving larger cars.

it looks big from the inside, inreality these cars are very small. Swift and Ritz are there in many numbers all over india. Driving an Innova might be a nightmare for you. Judging sides of a car is a tough job for any beginner, but I overcame that by not giving it much attention. You will soon get to know how to predict if a narrow space will fit your car
