for the tinted window, can depend on the brightness of the window, you can decide either 50%, 35%, or 20% transmission of light passing through the tint film. 20% of course look darker. 50% tint film look blueish, for 35%/20% look in grey color. For 20% or 35% tint film, during day time, ppl can't see through the window, only when the room is brighter than outside, ie. turn on light during night, ppl can see through the window, then u need curtain. Tinted window can really make the room cooler in hot weather. Btw, you don't need to put tint film on all windows, can prioritize the room facing west than other direction to save cost.

Thanks for another great reaction video. When talking about defect repairs by the developer, from my own personal experience, It really pays to build a good relationship with the onsite supervisor who is in charge of the workers who are repairing the defects. Things will move faster and they are also more willing to assist you, when you are doing your personal renovation.

Totally agreed with Sean on the contractor. Same kind of experience like what Sean mentioned. Asking for more n more payment n I only got the house back in 1 year. Some more got scolding for lock one of the room etc. Omg.... no more contractor for me! Thanks for recommending Makeover guys. It will help for my future one 😅

Actually I would love to see you do Property Reacts on a lower grade, non T20, more down to earth rakyat marhaen house review (best example is the 30k mini house review you did). Cause not everyone is and can afford to waste space in a house, and how a B40/M40 can utilize and maximise house space efficiency.

Hi, I have a unit in a condo. The window glass panels almost sama design shown in the video. It's only less than 3years after VP and in last December 2021, heavy rain water seep thro' the window seals and flooded the unit. My question is : This is external window glass panels, external wall whether is glass or brick wall should be common property, so it should be maintained by Management, right?

Showroom memang tipu orang, house 350k but developer invest 150k renovation to the showroom, who can afford this kind of renovation if they only able to afford 350k house 😂. Don't kena tipu ya boys and girls.
@iherng2 жыл бұрын
Not tipu lah. But it's a marketing strategy. Imagine food pictures in Menu, those must be very presentable for customers to order. Same time with properties haha. Just that consumers must have the ability to distinguish what's actual versus show unit=)
@jkhee7 ай бұрын
According to proper guidelines in any masters of design, anything less than 3mX3m is not a bedroom. It's a cupboard. Trend is moving into the area where you need to double stack rooms and whole condos to have a decent desk/bed/storage solution lol. Another funny idea is, how many walls does your bed share shows how rich/poor you are.

Hi is there any advice for new agents like me where i have no experience in terms of property and the process of buying or selling a property. sometimes at the end of the i feel like im not suitable in this industry but i have invest time and money into it. Im get nervous when cold calling and maybe sometimes i feel scared.
@jisellelou2082 жыл бұрын
You do need a good team leader or coach or senior to guide you. It's too difficult for a new agent to sail in the dark not knowing what he's doing and where he's heading

Your issue of safety and security, particularly to landed or any property for that matter, as mentioned by you , is a country issue.And this has gotten worse even with Covid or after it. In contrast to properties in Singapore. In Singapore landed are the most prestigious and safest. So if security and safety is a country issue, it would be a illusion to think a guarded property or 'atas' condo is safe.😆😆😆😆
