I've never had the Bank of Mom and Dad to finance my fantasies. I'm envious. Little Natasha, with her vast experience, thinks she's somewhere special. Sarah: "Where she is, is taking huge risks with Mommy's money". 😄

Exactly pretty arrogant.... ‘I wouldn’t be where I am today’ where is it at that she is? Playing at being a ‘developer’ financed by mom’s life savings 🤦♂️

Re Sarah's plans at 8:05 I can never see the purpose of two bathrooms on the same floor. There's no need for a family bathroom plus an en suite. An en suite is only necessary if the main bathroom is on another floor. This always confuses me when I see house layouts. Also, Sarah usually says that kitchens should be in the lightest brightest part of the house, whereas she says the opposite to the young woman in this episode.
@lawrencemanning2 жыл бұрын
So you have 2 adults and two teenage children in a typical 3 bedroom house which has the single bathroom and bedrooms on the same floor. This will make queues in the morning as everyone wants a shower. So of course en-suites are useful regardless of weather they are on the same floor as the bathroom or not.

Some nice art deco era items in the Battersea house: mirror, the one fireplace, etc. Mixed with Victorian ceiling rosettes, etc., it's a hodge podge.

I mean if she want to sell this house why not listen to experts? How will she make profits if she sells two bedrooms and a half room and tiny bathrooms.. for the price she dreams of.. its kinda dumb.. she is building her own dream home she forgot about the buyer needs
