Exactly in choro ne he property ko poora control kiya hua hai .. Ad karo .. Bache hue thode flats ko double rate pe list karo and 50-60% pe bech do .. Also Manufacturing sectors me blue collar jobs aati hai not like service industry .. low cost housing will be in more demand .. Also tier 1 cities including GGN Noida Pune Bangalore usme property down jayegi coz of Layoffs and almost nil hiring .. 3-5% avg hike .. Also big manufacturing units are far from cities .. for investment best option is to invest in tier2 and tier 3 cities in Good Plots/industrial plots etc .. GGN me 2 years me they have hiked from 7000 to 21000 .. catch is that 80-90% was already sold out at 7000 .. Now rest of the units are relaunched in some new tower saying luxury hai .. CHOR HAI SALE YE .. Irani to shakal se he chor lagta hai

arey bhai dil ki baat bol di... me 30 lakh ka ghar lekar baitha hoon or 7 saal baad uska 35 lakh bhi nhi mil pa raha hai.... isse accha to me stocks ya fd me laga deta upar se koi business k liye badi jameen dekho to vivaadit he milti hai, sala bahut bada mafia hai real estate me....

share market ka and black money usually goes in luxury .. dont touch baaki sab mil raha hai market me .. avoid new launch so called luxury ..better take some agriculture land near highway to be used for warehousing .. India me warehouse bohot low hai and it will grow like crazy in coming years

Hsvp Pataudi plot seems to be the best option as per sq ft builder floor works out to be around 5000/-, less than half of new Gurgaon and at 5/7 minutes drive once signal free pataudi Gurgaon Expressway is completed as work is on full swing🙏
