Located next to one of the main road that leads to the city centre, Eco Sky is also one of the first project Ecoworld launched in Klang Valley. This is also their first mixed development project that I review. Therefore, in comparison to their landed strata products, Eco Sky is somewhat expected.
After coming to my senses, it's unreasonable for me to compare between landed and highrise. Just that I'm spoilt by the 'fuiyoh' facilities that Ecoworld often provide. However, the immediate surrounding of the project is not that great. Eco Sky is sandwiched between a light industrial area, low cost housing, and an unknown upcoming project.
Hence, it's evident that the team has done everything within their means to address all those concerns and this further showcase their commitment to their customers.

Nice review! But one mistake I want to point out is the horizontal concrete structural support across the ceiling is actually called a beam. A column is the vertical concrete support.

It would be helpful if you would remember the handicapped and their mobility issues, particularly when talking about accessing elevated transit platforms or crossing busy roads.

In terms of presentation, this project is excellent but my parents kept reminding me of "location, location, location". That's why I passed on this project, as the neighborhood is really below average. With another new project destinated to start (Desa Park City), you are also looking at being neighbors with 5 years of noise, dust, and foreign construction workers. After 5 years of suffering (if you have not moved out already), you lost your view to the lake, and face a sudden spike of population (massive traffic jam) day in day out! I also feel that the developer has priced themselves too highly. Their units each is priced above 600K. I wonder how many young people can afford to buy it? 80 percent sold? Really? Good luck! LOL!

Hi there. I do agree about the rule about locationx3, but it really depends on your risk appetite. On a macro scale, it's Jalan Kuching; micro wise, it's Taman Wahyu. Anyway, great point on the construction period. Easily there'll be heavy construction ongoing for at least 5 years before anything concrete could be seen. Sharp observation dude=) Thank you very much for sharing!!

the 3.2m high ceiling was mentioned 40 times in this video 😜 btw columns runs vertically. for horizontal, it is called beams

Haha.. *kantoi It's because that high ceiling is quite rare to find in the later property launches. 2.8m used to the standard but with that extra 400mm, the construction cost would be different as this 400m will need to multiply by how many floors the building have in total. Yea, noted on beams too.. hahaha. Just get too excited during project visits!! Anyway, thank you for sharing your thoughts as well as watching the video yea. I really appreciate it=)

3.2m is hard to construct by builders, all formwork support during casting need to be stronger. Cost is much higher. Source: I work in this line

personal opinion : way too small for a yard I really don't like when the kitchen and living area are together, it is better when living room have their own space the same goes for the kitchen

Unfortunately Harry, the unit will look way more narrow and small if they partition the kitchen from the living. But I would suggest if budget allows, a glass partition would be a great solution to your scenario. Anyway, thanks for sharing=)

Looks like Ecoworld is having a hard time selling this High end Condo in a not so high end location hence they ask you & Booby Ang(car blogger) to promote. You did a better job in terms of honesty about the location & it's accessibility though IMHO. Make sure Ecoworld pay you well for a great video ya.

Unfortunately that is how land look like before development takes place. I still remember those days where I'm just supposed to ride on a motorbike across these barren land to inspect underground piping works. It's kinda like looking at raw ingredients before they are transformed into fabulous dishes, hahaha=) Anyway, thanks for sharing yea! As well as watching too!
