amazing at how far developers are taking with all these properties.. they look so luxurious. definitely a place where expats would love to stay at. for most of us, we can't afford it, but it's still an interesting aspect to study.

I think that this project is really attractive. Plus the price point around RM 500k - RM 600k is superb because Sunway Montana next door is selling way higher. Anyway, we should ask how can we afford it:) Thanks for watching yea.

Great job and congrats on being the 1st to view it. Fantastic design. Huge potential for this project. You mentioned 'the mall is under the deck' - is there security to keep mall visitors from coming up to the deck? For women and children that could be an issue. Is there a path to get to the Gombak LRT station? If it's not hard to walk to that would be amazing for expats living there who don't want to deal with a car (or even tourists) - to get to KLCC.

Maybe u can share tips on the prihatin especially the no rpgt and mot and etc during this time until q1 next year. Think will be good to educate alot first buyer. And for veteran, can teach as well how to incorporate company then buy big land and sell share as part owner. Hehe. But other than that, great job Sean and keep up the good job. Since I bought my unit, I keep watching ur 114 video all over again each day like u say ppl will watch more after buying but I had set this unit from day 1 already as near my house. Lol. Tq bro. But one of my review is broken glass door at sky deck and also furniture they cut as alot is empty at skydeck at level 22 and tiles in swimming pool is coming out. Lol.. But small things ah those. But they also cut of the lounge which is intended at grou d floor if we watch back the original video from quartza residence which suppose to be this unit. Which they can knock the semi d in sky to make 2 unit joint together then it be perfect. Can u also make a video if your unit is same floor as water tank or below or above what's the impact. Think no one does this topic yet for high-rise Malaysia or I miss out the video somewhere. Tq tq. Sorry for long comment. Your video is the best

I'm trying to find a place to escape from the KL heat, so was looking at Genting Midhill area, where it's definitely much cooler. Then I saw this KL East mall on Google map, so my question is since this location is on the way to Genting and outskirt of KL, is there a substantial lower degrees in terms of temperature? Thanks

Why is there no refuse chute to drop down the rubbish? Won't storing it in service area stink up the area?

Not all buildings adopt the refuse chute as they come with fire risk. To prevent it from stinking, the maintenance team will be cleaning up the refuse room almost every day. And for this design of refuse, it's connected to an open air area where it's pretty rare. Imagine if the refuse room is connected directly into an enclosed corridor.... Great observation Jason!!

By product design, this has more tendency for renting as there are commercial components below. Plus the Gombak transit is within walking distance along with upcoming international school. But the developer knows that too, hence the pricing for both products are different=)

thanks for the property review once again! you always walk us through every property with the journey starting from the site history, then slowing talk about the site entrance, the guardhouse, the lounge, lift lobby, facilities floor, typical floor common corridor and services, units. I would appreciate if you can talk about the experience of the podium car parking, I need to know if the developer provide a wide parking space or a generous driveway (I was told people complaining about the narrow driveway at SOHO suite, 1MK mall etc which may cause unpleasant experience for day in and out). Some development separates the podium and the tower which I wonder what about the experience to walk from one end to the other. keep up the good work!

I hope they dont start to encroach to the forest reserve, but you never know. Surprisingly, developer like to throw in small sized sink (in this case one cannot change as marble on top). Keep up the good review

Just don't understand one thing. Seems like they are targeting families, with KYS school being there, the way they design the facilities etc. BUT the build up is only 800+h sqft with max two rooms. Even if you have just one child, that build up won't just cut it. But then I guess they are promoting to live beyond the unit itself, but still just dont make sense to me

Same thought here. The location and maturity of the area is somehow very good but then again if i was a prospective buyer i would be put off by the size of the unit. A family of four would at least need 3 bedroom
