I love your command of English language, the words and phrases you use.... Malaysian Architects seem to have a very good taste for architecture with nature and ambiance in mind. No where else in the world this much attention to detail and finesse. If the weather were to be a little nicer, Malaysia would be the ultimate heaven on earth ( its already at 90% heaven). Above all the cost is very affordable compared to the other developed countries. Considering the amenities and ambiance that comes with these properties, the cleanliness, and combined with the cost of living this is a steal for Expats where their money will go a long way. I have been looking at MM2H for many years and wish had taken up on the offer. I have visited Penang Island 6 times in the last 5 years on business trip and absolutely love it, The new MM2H rules no telling when to come may put a higher ceiling on minimum property price for purchase. I can still rent and have a good peaceful retirement. Love Malaysia. Please keep posting more reviews like this. Thanks for the fine job.

Hi Sean, what i dream penthouse lucky as a foreigner i can buy this. However, the maintainence fees a bit high at RM$0.35, monthly will come out RM$1000-1200 for the duplex house. I am just a bit worried since the developments are at the hillside and hilltops - lesson learned from Bukit Antarabangsa. Lately there has been increasing development around such areas. Not sure how the conservation and maintenance being done to ensure such incidents at hilltops and hillsides would not occur here or other similar developments.

Fantastic video Sean. Noticed the subsale price and rental is really low. What would your comments be on this if someone wants to buy this Veo for ownstay and subsequently rent it out after upgrading?
@iherng3 жыл бұрын
Erm, I think this location has no expats yet as the international school is not completed. Plus also due to pandemic, all of them cannot travel. Until then, this will be a local market and it's challenging for the rental to break even with the installment. This is really skewing towards own stay :)

@izzazross60273 жыл бұрын
Hi Sean, since you already visited The Ridge and Veo. What differentiate these two projects from your observations? Seems like both are premium products targeting the same audience/buyer. Am I missing something?
@iherng3 жыл бұрын
The main difference would be the commercial components and the facilities. In the Ridge, it's directly connected to the mall which might be a huge factor to consider. Meanwhile for The Veo, it's purely residential. The Ridge has a higher density and a larger one floor facility deck. While Veo has a different approach to the facility design. It's more nature oriented. Something to also take noted would be the exposure to the highway. The Ridge is right next to it because the commercial component needs the exposure. But that also comes with noise.
