If I lived there I'd definitely add a door to the master bath. The sounds and lights if someone were to use the bath/toilet or (since it's not full height) or do laundry while someone else was trying to sleep...very unpleasant.

after watching many of your videos, I notice almost all new projects regardless how atas it is has a refuge room. I am so glad mine which is an old condo in Mont Kiara has individual unit dustbin area. I somehow just dislike refuge rooms. Maybe becks I moved from a house.

Just curious, if the condo isn't finished building, do you know where will the refuge room be located? For example, Skyline Kuchai Lama isn't finished and want to avoid a unit near the refuge room.

17:25 Bathroom has no door, not just problem with moisture but smell too. The partitions in the toilet don't go all the way to the ceiling, so after you poop, your whole bedroom may smell like shit. 🤢🤮 Horrible design to me.
