Sunway just announced another 1000units rights next to phase 1 of serene. If you pass by today the traffic is already insane, that 1 lane in just doesn’t work, as the roundabout in front of the guardhouse is bad planning. The infinity pool will face phase 2 car park! Can you imagine 2000units - that’s around 3500cars with a single road in? Plus 4blocks of 52 story in a mature neighbourhood, what an eye sore. Pity the surrounding neighbourhood.

I call this the Giraffe Spaceship! It does feel like it sometimes. 😅 My unit is done by Easyhome. They asked me how I got to know them. I say 'Sean Tan lor!' Easyhome did a good job. Love their work and professionalism. I can't go for evening or morning walk around the lake because there a pack of 7 or 8 dogs there and they don't like you there. They will follow and bark. Two of them were standing in front of me and as if saying 'you shall not pass!'. But got 2 white puppies very cute! 😅 So the lake I dare not go. Thanks for the review, Sean!

First time I’m seeing a property with so many positive reviews. So many “very nice” comments from Sean 👍🏻 Good location, awesome facilities, quality workmanship and expect many future potential considering factories are already being bought by Sunway themselves. Probably a mixed commercial and residential development which will further increase the property price at the surrounding area

public facilities look fancy but not "rather" small, its "very small“. A condo near 900 units for these very small scale facility. Take aside those fancy parks and swimming pool, spa, gym and other facilities seems way too small for 900 units residences. I can imagine other than those aunties no need to work or retired uncles can enjoy facilities without queueing during day time. Others just work their ass out, go home and sleep only.

This project location is quite strategic in a way it connect directly to 3 different path which is SS3 , LDP and Federal highway. Great facilities however you did not cover the Sky Lounge at tower A which is one of the best feature of the project also the smallest unit is 892 SQFT. In terms of price point i would say pretty fair at RM800 to RM 900 per sqft which such exclusive features. Perhaps will even go higher when phase 2 launches especially building material on the rise. Sunway Serene has a land size of 8 acres with 894 units which pretty much low dense in comparison with many projects around Petaling Jaya. Not to mentioned each tower consist about 450 units cater for 6 residence lift + 1 service lift , and the lift is a high speed model which only took about less than 1 sec for each floor. For maintenance currently is about 29 sen per sqft including sinking fund. What i like about sunway developer , they have installed 2 big solar panel on each tower and with the extensive amount of land they have decided to built 2 billboard along the LDP highway which will contribute income for the maintenance. I also like how they reconstruct the road and landscape to beautify the surrounding and they have also acquired the western digital factory would be interesting to see what is coming out in phase 2 and 3. This project really represent lifestyle for young families and is a good place to upbring kids as well.

this location is super jam pack every single day, u can see it from afar but reaching it is another story, on a normal busy day, i can take 40minute to reach here from taman megah which is just opposite ... LOL

You tell me which area is not jam during that particular time , especially if your going to use all this major road like LDP Federal. Hot places like taman megah , ss2 , damasara uptown , peak hours definitely will be a lot of vehicles moving in and out. Might as well you compare your going from Taman Megah to Puchong or Sunway, aint that even longer? lol At least serene is located is 2 major access LDP and Federal depending which direction your coming from.

Thanks for the review Sean! I bought this as my first house thinking whether is it worth it or too expensive. After completion and keys handover, so satisfied with it. You get what you pay for lor haha! Manage to get a rental of 2700 for my small unit, alhamdulilah!

Yes, you need to top up to reno but still, you're getting a freehold landed house for roughly the same price. If you're staying long term, those maintenence fees already can cover your difference in price 😂 But of course, this is dependent on people la, if you prefer the security and amenities a condo has, then go for it. Just down to personal preferences
