Mercu Aspire, also known as Aspire Tower has been completed and the outcome is outstanding in comparison to our previous visit when the building was still under construction. Everything that was presented in theory back then is taking place in real time right now.
This project is that true definition of connectivity and convenience. From a pedestrian level, all passageway are well secured and covered. Users of the building can access to Mid Valley and Gardens Mall via the link bridge, at the same time be connected to the KTM and LRT station. The mixed development configuration that consists of Amari Hotel, Viia Residences and direct connection to the retail allows the project to be truly self sustaining.
From a location point of view, this site is connected via Jalan Bangsar to NPE and Federal Highway that connects to KL City Center. However, the traffic congestion will be rather bad as this locations became a shortcut. In terms of size, the unit layouts are flexible and it depends on the user's business needs.
What amaze me the most would be the effort by the team, and it's evident from the days of lockdown. When everyone was pessimistic on real estate, especially office spaces, sales were not great but the team had the ability to complete the project. The adjacent office building is 100% occupied, and the average occupancy rate of office space in KL Eco City is 90%. To verify the population, we went to the retail area and I was surprised with the crowd. What a great turnaround!

My office is here situated at premier offices . So far, so good but there were time that the lift got issue and the lift design also a bit weird because there will be no sound notify that the lift arrived. You really need to alert or else, the lift door just closed. another thing is, so far there is no proper fire emergency spot yet. but the view from rooftop is superb !
