There are more than 10+ operator in this condo, daily rent is not attractive as what proposed earlier, check the listing on airbnb or booking then u would get it. Speaking about renting long term, the target wont be Malaysian local, as there are so many option for them to get bigger space with lower price; Target on the working expats near KL sentral or foreigner would be more feasible to get a better return.

Suitable for short terms and temporary stay ... suitable for Airbnb Why they have timber flooring and panel glass toilet ? Owner will have problem upkeeping the units in the future.

I work nearby the place and i've been thinking when they going to finish with the construction. because at the same time i bought nexus kajang and their launch date is almost similar. both project also taking too long to be completed, luckily my house vp already in march this year. yes the wait is really excruciating since you have to pay for both house.

A bit weird on the transparent bathrooms..😂 price wise.. it's crazy..for 450 sq.ft..Strictly for investment..ok..own stay..not worth it..lots of choices at that price.😅

Pity the students of the MC having to bear with the noise and bad smells during the 6 years of construction of this claustrophobic project. I wonder how this project is even approved. And now they will need to suffer again for many more years for phase 2 and 3. Really TNS.

@iherng methodist college back in the 80s where it's has form 1 to form 5 as well as A levels. Was in MCKL for form4 and 5, while std 1 to form 3 in the other side of Brickfields ie La Salle Brickfields 😃. Now this MCKL is only for A levels while the high school has moved to Sentul area

The way this is laid out, they could just have built two separate apartments. If there is no tax incentive for a one entrance two kitchen apartment "office", I do not get why this was done. Some asian logic. The same goes for the toilet. If you do not want a claustrophobic feeling - do not build like that.

What if one fine day d Govt decided to ban airbnb due to too many haram activities going on or another round of pandemic lockdown n tourists stopped coming?…investors of such kinda property development rampant in KL city will see it’s bubble burst!
