Master bathroom in proportion to bedroom is small. The corner lot extra land didnt seem like alot as well.

It’s because of the weather. Ultimately they are water retention structure that help hold water after rain before channelling back to the river.

I dont like the industry part. Too much heavy vehicle. Another note. Nothing much towards north. Southern part of KL would be better for landed house

Surrounded by kampung areas bringing in rempits and unwanted traffic, too far away from city centre with limited and tight options of highways and noisy airplane which will get noisier after Subang airport fully expanded… overpriced due to ‘Sime Darby’ tax
