This location is seriously picking up in popularity! Especially after the completion of the highways such as LEKAS, DASH, and GCE, many people resonates with the location further. After checking out the project, it reminds me of their Tropicana Aman development which was a huge success as well.
They applied similar design approaches, individual title housings with a guard house facilities along with generous areas designated for lake and parks. These are all time favorite features of home buyers. That's why the take up rates are very exciting!
However, the area is packed with other developments too. On the bright side, the location is really gonna evolve with so many developers building their products here. At this rate, there are existing residents already complaining about traffic congestion. Another concern would be the immediate industrial component next to site. There will be occasional heavy vehicles traveling around the roads.

i thought tropicana developer went bankrupt after sold tropicana garden to ioi 😂 wth they sold 2 different mall 3 damansara and tropicana garden

Selling dont necessary indicate weak financial, it can also mean they are pulling funds to develop bigger developments. Tropicana is building multiple projects beside empire subang right now
