I just saw this right now! I bought mine way back 2015 and got it at a really really good price .. yep the flood there was really bad and I think parang one way ata doon 🙈 but I bought it anyway, because back then I was thinking it might be the only shang I can ever afford.

A perfect timing to own The Rise now...why? It's almost done except the upper floors where the developer is selling at huge discounts due to the never ending lock down brought by covid. And, for savvy investors this is as good as it gets, as it opens up opportunities to acquire at better pricing & terms.

As a real estate broker, I like The Rise... I like makati. My dream address :) One of the best location in Philippines, except for traffic. (But they say traffic is the sign of growth. Don't you think? :) ) Nice review.

The rest of the ratings are great EXCEPT the location. I would give it a 3 ⭐️. Why? Everything are 30 mins away especially the airport. It might not be a tourist friendly besides of being a nice condominium. That’s my only opinion. If I’m wrong please do correct me so i can be educated!

I would say the property management in Shangrila Properties is the worst. Also, the rental rate is very low and they lied when they said airbnb will be allowed. Just saying from owner’s POV.
