If you pay a tax on land and a home you will never really and truly own it at all.......

Property rights are integral to human rights, and for Indigenous people, land titles hold profound significance, going beyond economic value to encompass cultural, spiritual, and social dimensions. Land is not just a resource; it is central to identity, tradition, and community well-being. The recognition of land titles and the protection of property rights are crucial for safeguarding the rights of Indigenous populations, allowing them to maintain their way of life, cultural heritage, and self-determination. Historically, Indigenous people have faced widespread dispossession and marginalization, often through colonial practices and government policies that disregard their traditional land ownership and use. The lack of formal land titles has left Indigenous communities vulnerable to exploitation, displacement, and loss of cultural heritage. Without legally recognized land rights, these communities are at the mercy of external interests, such as large corporations or government projects, that may prioritize economic gain over human rights. This can lead to conflicts over land, forced evictions, and the erosion of social and cultural structures that have sustained Indigenous people for generations. Land titles are essential for establishing clear and secure property rights, which can empower Indigenous communities to protect their lands from encroachment and make decisions about their use. With formal titles, Indigenous people can assert their rights in legal and political systems, facilitating better protection against external threats and enabling them to benefit from land-based economic activities, such as agriculture, tourism, or natural resource management, in ways that align with their values and traditions. These rights can contribute to sustainable development and help reduce poverty while ensuring that economic progress does not come at the expense of cultural and environmental integrity. Moreover, land titles can help strengthen the autonomy and governance of Indigenous communities. Recognized land ownership allows Indigenous groups to create their own policies and systems for land management, fostering community-led development that respects their unique traditions and practices. This can enhance social cohesion and resilience, as the land becomes a basis for community identity and collective action, empowering Indigenous people to preserve their heritage and promote their rights within broader societal frameworks. However, securing land titles for Indigenous communities is not without challenges. Legal frameworks often need to be reformed to acknowledge Indigenous land rights and address historical injustices. This process requires collaboration between Indigenous groups, governments, and other stakeholders to create policies that recognize and respect the unique cultural and historical relationship Indigenous people have with their land. Additionally, there is a need to protect these titles from external threats such as commercial interests, illegal land grabs, or conflicts over resource exploitation. In summary, property rights are indeed human rights, and land titles are particularly important for Indigenous communities as they represent more than just ownership they embody identity, sovereignty, and survival. Recognizing and protecting these rights ensures that Indigenous people can safeguard their culture, manage their resources sustainably, and build stronger, more resilient communities. It is a crucial step toward justice and equity, acknowledging the deep and inseparable connection between land and the people who have lived on it for millennia.

As a human on earth you have a birth right to own a piece of land and the denial by the state to your land is inhumane and needs to stop immediately.

allodial title.... that is TRUE property ownership.

This conversation must continue on a global scale. These land restrictions burden and block those with modest means, making land improvements next to impossible on their own real estate until saving up and buying one's own property becomes pointless so vast numbers become essentially disenfranchised and barred from ownership and real participation in their own communities as it becomes a hidden class system structure. .

So if you are not Indigenous to the land you can be moved off the land. You have to go back to the land your ancestors originated from.

'Convince Government to let'.. How about we stand up for OURSELVES and put the Government in check and we use our OWN land how WE THE PEOPLE see fit.. Sick to know that checks and balances of power were only a guise to hide the truth in the first place. Here's prime example, did you know that in most American cities pinball machines were illegal from the 40's to the 70's hahahaha how sad, also that in Florida it's illegal to fart after 6pm!!! With that being said there's NOOOOO way that there is checks and balances like they would like us to believe. Cuz that would mean there's maaaaany fools who signed off on those laws to become legal. Government serve their purpose tho.... Govern= 'to control' ment derived from the Latin word MENTE meaning 'of the mind'.... WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!!!!
