Ive commented in the past. My wife grew up there in the 70s (born in Torrance in 1970) to the 90s. My in laws still live there. She always says the homes there in the 70s were ONLY 150K lol. I grew up in the 90806. We moved to Long Beach Ca (90806) in 1976 after my Father retired from the US Navy and LB was where he wanted to settle. Our first house in the 90806 was 44K. In 1976. Only 150K lol my wife is funny. Good upload Battle. Your upload is actually the neighborhood her and her two brothers grew up. Near PVHS.
