Which means, in an 11.38 second video, you mentioned "Over here" roughly 3x a minute. OVER!! But over all, I like the show and I like the properties shown. @@ericpajela5203 for that small piece of land? Nah. May 2 properties ako in baguio, one in brentwood and one in naguilian. And I've seen another property in bermuda that's below 20M for the same cut.

For that price you can get outside of Baguio better and bigger but hot and humidity and 43 to 60% Celsius. Baguio city is a poor city dilapidated building not for all to be please in it. Philippines 🇵🇭 in general is like that. Burning waste garbage from the kitchen and constantly burning grass, plastic, aluminium etc. Poor mentality even with those with money.

This is in Naguilian Rd before you reach the proper town of Baguio. Travel time from Manila to Baguio is 4-5 hours for a private car.

Nice property! Just a few thoughgs though. Why is that lower ground area called a basement? Definitely doesnt look like one. And also, it's off to think that that "loft" area in the pantry is suitable for a maid/househelp or basically any human. 😳
