For me, designing a house and if you are planning to have a helper or maids, incorporate them in the design. Do not provide a very small space na tipong tutulugan lang nila. Kasambahays are integral part of our household. Ganda ganda nga ng mga kawarto nyo tapos helper nyo masikip ang tinutulugan minsan wala pang ventilation.

Correct! Actually, yang maid's at driver's room talaga ang una kong tinitignan sa mga napapanood ko na videos of this sort. Mabibilang sa mga daliri ang mga designs that give dignity to these people. Parang microcosm tuloy ng social injustice ang disenyo ng bahay. Talagang dinidiin na "kayo mahirap, kami nakakaangat".

Since hindi naman umuuwi sa sarili nilang mga bahay ang mga kasambahay, bigyan dapat sila ng malaking kwarto na kumpleto lahat sa gamit na kailangan! Kayang kaya yan kung nakapgpatayo ka ng bahay na worth 100M or more, maliit na bagay lang yan na mag provide ng maayos na tirahan sa mga kasambahay! Juskulord!!

The traffic in Baguio is horrendous. Constant gridlock. Plus no parking in many places. Just try going to the Palengke. Better further out in Benguet.

What you presented has only 4 bedrooms WITHOUT any space for a "Maid's Room."

That's one of my comments in most designs. They provide the least amount of space for the maid's room. Maids or helpers are an integral part of your household. Provide them with a more convenient place to stay. Ganda nga ng bahay at kwarto nyo, tinutulugan naman nga kasambahay mo ang sikip nasa dulo o gilid pa sobrang segregated.
