I do love the lesson that who we are is not static. As I’m getting in my early 30s I am SO different than who I was at 27. And my identity was so strong in my 20s…but who was that girl? Loved her, still am her. But I’m just different now. And I will change again and again. ❤

Words cannot comprehend how much I've grown together with you and how much of your content has put a new perspective on my life. I cannot believe I have been watching you ever since I was 16. Now I am 27, almost 1 year married, moved abroad, and have a little kitten as my baby. Your life adventures grew alongside mine and I have found myself aligning so much with every version of yourself you have put out there. It really helped me. I also feel the need to be in a nurturing, maturing, and self-love era. As I struggle with chronic depression and was diagnosed last year with ADHD, I am on a quest to discover who am I and how I can be the best version of myself. You are a bright star in the dark storm that is on social media and KZbin nowadays. You are so sweet, genuine, and unapologetically yourself that it makes so so happy to have the honor to follow along your life journey. My selfish self would like to see you forever on KZbin lmao, but I am realistic and I know that I will be happy supporting any decision you will take and being grateful that I got to watch you for so many years and learn so much about myself along the way. If you ever consider visiting Germany, I would gladly host you and your little family. We even have a forest in the middle of our city and lots of bunnies and cute squirrels heheh. I am hugging you and wishing you an amazing start in your motherhood journey. Your little girl is the luckiest to have you as a mother.

Wow you have years of fire wood with all the dead trees out there. It’s all free. Years ago that’s how we cleared out our woods for years and years and have a nice forest left behind. Beautiful

I think a fun idea for a video would be maybe every 6 months or even once a year you could do a recap on all of the home renovations you guys have completed, from the smallest projects to the large ones as well! I know as a home owner with a “fixer upper”, the list of renovations can be overwhelming and we often lose sight of our accomplishments because we’re always looking forward to the next project. So I think this would be a good video idea for you guys to reflect on and for us viewers who love the home renovation content lol 🥰

girl ! 1 single lesson in and i'm already singing your praises - "don't go dance in the wound" is such a good way to put it. i'm currently in a situation with a friend where we disagree on something pretty big and we just had a big conversation/fight about it. now they want to have another conversation about it and i'm just like NO we literally just did that!! i felt guilty for telling them i needed more space but now i'm like… actually they're trying to dance in the wound and i SHAN'T partake! thank you so much for the validation

That’s so wild that people say they don’t like your house! I love it and even that doesn’t matter. It’s your home and the fact that you have land like that is amazing!! My husband and I are 28, we have a house from the 50s with about an acre. I feel like people judge us for not gutting everything and making it modern. I love the old charm and making it work for us. We also keep the yard more natural for pollinators and I can just feel the judgement about that too. Anyway, excited to see what you guys do with the house and land. Love the cabin vibes. 🫶🏻

Such a great vid!! I went through such a depression right after my fiancé and I bought our house (fear we overpaid/ being afraid of being stuck in one place). Now as spring is here and we’re doing things to make it our own I’m so happy. Also totally agree with the acting out just means you need more responsibility. Becoming homeowners has made my partner and I so much more on top of our lives from every angle.

such good life lessons girlie, i appreciate some of these healthy living reminders to practice in my daily life!! loved seeing so many cool parts of your new property as well - baby pond, giant quartz, and big rock wall for summer bouldering were my fav! 💛 i do recommend eventually getting a company to help clear some of the dead trees in your forest parts of the land while you do trail work as well! it's recommended for new england forests esp. -- settlers back generations ago overplanted our forests, along with established trees already naturally reproducing, and consequently a lot of our forests are now overcrowded. that's why you'll see lots of skinny, small trees in between larger trees, fighting for resources and sunlight, and some forests can be pretty hard to maneuver around without creating and maintaining trails as i'm sure you've noticed lol. my dad has it done every few years i believe for his forested land in NH, i haven't seen it done irl but that's the general idea, it will help sm to keep the healthy parts of your forest thriving! 🌱

It’s crazy to be turning 27. My mind changes every day, and over a couple years that really adds up. I was always afraid of getting “old” (27 is most certainly not old as I know now lol) but now that I’m here I feel like life is only getting better. I’ve also been working with professionals on my cptsd and while it sucks, it sucks in a way that moves, vs being stuck in my trauma place forever and never changing or thinking new things at all.
