*Issues* : 1) Surrounded by big unauthorised & low class colonies. Environment will always remian unsafe outside the society. 2) It is located bang on expressway, so pollution level including noise pollution will always remain very high. Pollution is major threat nowadays. 3) Very close to Hindon river. There will always be a threat of flood. 4) Traffic issue not yet but it may happen in future because of under passes.

We are facing these issues across NCR, not only highway facing property gives air pollution but you are facing this problem in Greater Noida as well which is one of the greenest area. The Hindon river is not like the river where you will face the flood issue because there is no water in this river for a long time.

When u see the hindon water coming here dont spread fake information if hindon water coming here so it also come in mohan nagar,Vashail and vasundhara .go and check aqi index in Noida Delhi also.here many good societies devliped

​@@propertyduniya Winters mai toh har jgeh pollution high hota hai but it's on expressway yaha toh pure saal hi AQI index high rahega. Expressway pe hazaro vehicles Roz nikalte hai, hope you can understand pollution level kya rahega. 😢

I don't believe this guy. He knows nothing about real estate. Why is he not telling Siddharth Vihar is an Economic weaker class zone, some part of the 63 acre patch is also going through a litigation process. The adjacent society couldn't get complete because of a legal dispute. The right patch adjacent to this project has a big power Gride !!!!! Please go and witness these before investing. Thanks

Comparison of 2-3 days of water logging vs daily traffic congestion near underpass of this location that will further increase with project habitation appears to be incorrect metric of comparison.

Arre bhaiya noida ghaziabad to bahut ho gaya kabhi faridabad ki taraf bhi chakar laga lo yaar .... Waha bhi kuch ache options hai in 3bhk proper society and some local plot pe building options bhi in 1-1.25 cr ki range main aur waha builder floors bhi kaafi pasand kar rahe hai log uska bhi comparison karo aap plzz

भाई जी ये करोड़ों के अलावा कोई सस्ता प्रोजेक्ट तो दिखाइए, ये करोड़ों वाले प्रोजेक्ट तो अच्छा होगा ही और आप अपनी शेखी मार सकते हैं। विश्वास तब होगा जब आप सस्ते और विश्वासी बिल्डर के बारे में बताएं। हर वीडियो में आप इन्वेस्टर के माइंड से खेलते रहते है मात्र विश्वास विश्वास कह के। इसलिए बेहतर होगा आप सस्ते और बढ़िया बिल्डर के बारे में बताएं, वैसे भी ये करोड़ों वाले आपके वीडियो नहीं देखते हम जैसे लोग ही आपका वीडियो देखते है इसलिए पॉजिटिव होकर सस्ते फ्लैट्स और अच्छे बिल्डर्स के बारे में बताएं।

ATS builder is in huge debt and also in huge trouble, I don't suggest you to invest in ATS Kingston, the project can be stuck anytime.

Sir, flat ka owner se maine documents manga searching karwane ke liye ..to flat owner ne kaha ki 10% aapko pehle paise Dene honge , tab me apko paper dunga searching ke liye...flat owner ne kaha ki aap mere paper misuses na karo isliye me apse paise le raha hu or apko documents v de rha hu searching ke liye ...( aapke hisaab se kya karna chahiye)...paisa dena hota hai kya ..paper searching agar mujhe karana hai to ..

@@ShyamBudhiraja When you do not know the complete details, then do not say anything. In Sector 150 the builder never launched the project nor took a cheque from the consumer. The property agents start taking cheques from you much before and the consumer feels that the builder is taking it. Same is the case with Ghaziabad project. In this project also many property dealers had started taking cheques 5 months ago but I had convinced everybody then. But now when the green signal has come from the company that the project is coming on track, only then I have told you to invest.

@@propertyduniya 100 cheques got collected by the builder and presented in the bank still you want to just stand on your words and cover the grey side then its your call. My submission is that this is not ist prestige launch in NCR and you were well aware of that but still you tried to cover it!!
