*Issues* : 1) Surrounded by big unauthorised & low class colonies. Environment will always remian unsafe outside the society. 2) It is located bang on expressway, so pollution level including noise pollution will always remain very high. Pollution is major threat nowadays. 3) Very close to Hindon river. There will always be a threat of flood. 4) Traffic issue not yet but it may happen in future because of under passes.

We are facing these issues across NCR, not only highway facing property gives air pollution but you are facing this problem in Greater Noida as well which is one of the greenest area. The Hindon river is not like the river where you will face the flood issue because there is no water in this river for a long time.

Please please don't buy it or even think of it. It is closer to Indirapuram and in the night the air is so filthy and stinky that you cannot even keep your windows open. There is a landfill site and also industrial area emits a lot of pollution. I have experienced it so stay away from Ghaziabad at all cost.

@@ShyamBudhiraja When you do not know the complete details, then do not say anything. In Sector 150 the builder never launched the project nor took a cheque from the consumer. The property agents start taking cheques from you much before and the consumer feels that the builder is taking it. Same is the case with Ghaziabad project. In this project also many property dealers had started taking cheques 5 months ago but I had convinced everybody then. But now when the green signal has come from the company that the project is coming on track, only then I have told you to invest.
