@@bobgachris5365 Learn about Real Estate, buy a a 4 plex family unit. FHA housing loan made it easier for first time home to buy a family a home with very little down payment. I'm recommending to buy a 4plex because it will help maximizing the amount of income you receive every month. Then after a year or two you can use that cash generated to buy your dream house. We want u to even enter the walk-in closet and show the entire closet not just the entrance. We want u to show every single bedroom and every single powder room i don't care. Show, cause even every small details is interesting for us.

I love this house so much I’m going to be recreating this home and building it in a game I play. I just wish you toured the upstairs and hallway to the garage more detailed because I wasn’t sure if the walls were closet and didn’t know where everything was, but lucky for me I found the layout of the whole house so thanks for the tour anyway 😊

I like the modern Miami Beach mansion stone wall living room with the view of the sea, I like the master bedroom, master bathroom, closet. I like the kitchen, I like the Intracoastal view and I like the infinity pool. I will replace the wood floor with marble or stone.
