Butler, we do have many mansions here in Metro Atlanta that are similar in square footage but architectural designs are different. Also, the prices would be less than South Florida. As a real estate agent, I think it is both educational and entertaining to watch home tour videos in different real estate markets.

The way they designed the bedrooms on the four corner with the "loft area" in the middle was pure genius. A dream set up for any insomniac, light sleeper, crying baby. Ok, might want to hear a crying baby 😂,. The kitchen was amazing! That additional prep area. Those walnut cabinets. All the finishes in the house were excetional . And they were wise enougt to add a elevator. A very nice one. No surprise it sold fast?

Honestly as nice as the house is I can't help but feel the previous videos with the ad lib live reaction style house tours felt so much more inclusive and just drew me into the house more. This video felt more like I was watching a documentary about the house rather than getting to explore and experience the house with the gang, which I really liked about the previous videos.

I love modern homes and this one is one of my favorites and there are so many things to like so I would not change a thing.I love the bedrooms being at different corners as will as the living room space on that floor.The color scheme was on point and I loved the entry way because the fire bowls were a cool feature.Twelve million is no drop in the bucket by any means but this home looked better than some of the more expensive ones and with all the features I would love being at home entertaining than going out.A nice 80-90 foot boat would be the cherry on top.Great job and video of this beautiful home.
