I've explained that, as long as she continues to proclaim and hold on to her problems, she will continue to get what she has. Yet, she persists-FOR YEARS! God will not go against her free will, I won't either. She lurks on Christian channels posting the same things. If I see her even beginning to praise God, I'll jump back in with encouragement. Until she uses her free will for thanksgiving and praise - it's her choice.

Thanks for the update, always very in-depth and entertaining! Things are crazy in the world and what’s right is wrong and what’s wrong is right. My curiosity is with the hostage situation. It seems to me that God could let Israel find and release them at any moment. However, it seems to be that God is using the hostage situation as a way to bring into the light what has been happening in the darkness. That darkness being Hamas and unrwa and other parties involved. God is definitely at work here. It is a difficult situation to live through and it is some times very difficult to figure out how this will come to a close. One time pastor Brett said that Israelis don’t like Americans. This war kind of shows why that statement might be true. The hidden agendas and tying of the hands of Israel is difficult. Amongst other issues. But God….is in control and is working everything out to His good!

Yes the charismatic's go off the rails with labeling without control which I do not believe that the Holy Spirit would agree with because God is not the Author of confusion, and with the Holy Spirit in us, He would bring order and understanding with any gifts we may have.

in 732 BC Damascus Was destroyed as told in Isaiah, God did Not say forever and it was rebuilt, now it may once again be destroyed perhaps during the tribulation period when the war that Ezekiel spoke about occurs , study more closely Ez. 36 -39 and you can see the overlay of events that are spoke of in Revelation , after years of study there dont seem to be a 'separate' Ezekiel war but rather a pre description of the tribulation period

We must reach out to all, friend or foe, to tell the Gospel to all and not throw blame and burning bridges but building bridges to reach everyone, with prayer and fasting because we know that there are spiritual entities who are fighting against us to stop us from sharing the truth to all. We wish nobody to go to hell but to enter into eternity with Christ Jesus. Reach out to your neighbor that you have been arguing with for years. Ezekiel 38:17 says Gog was prophesied by the earlier prophets…so, his identity must be attested by earlier prophets in order to satisfy Scriptural requirements. RUS can’t be found in earlier prophets…but the Assyrian is found in Isaiah 31 as the one who will be destroyed by a sword not made by human hands, and Micah 5 contrasts the Assyrian with the Messiah…both Isiah and Micah were written before Ezekiel.

One view sees the statement as alluding to the variant reading of "Gog" for "Agag". . . . a variant reading [of Numbers 24:7] substitutes "Gog" for "Agag." This reading has wide support, being found in the Septuagint, the Samaritan Pentateuch, Aquila, Symmachus, and Theodotion. According to this reading, Balaam foresees a king from Jacob who would be exalted over Gog, the end-time enemy of Israel (Ezek 38:3). Thus, the passage links this prophecy with Messiah's day, when He will have victory over the eschatological foes of Israel. The nature of the question presupposes that the previous generalities are now being particularized in the person of Gog. The statement, that Gog is he of whom God had already spoken by the earlier prophets, does not mean that those prophets had actually mentioned Gog, but simply that Gog was the enemy of whose rising up against the people of God the prophets of the former time had prophesied, as well as of his destruction by a wrathful judgment of the Lord. [Karl Fredrich Keil] That the prophets of Israel had already named Gog is directly excluded by the interrogation. If they mentioned names, these were rather other national forms, but behind all these there remained a point of interrogation; and for this reason, that especially accompanying all the prospects of grace for Israel, there remained in prospect a final judgment over his and God’s enemies, over the world that withstands the kingdom of God (over the heathen world). This interrogative realizes itself here in Ezekiel by this Gog. [Wilhelm Julius Schröder.”

The first fulfillment of the little horn, Antiochus Epiphanies, ruled the Seleucid Dynasty….large Middle East region that today happens to fly under a single banner but are currently split in two, who deny both the Father and the Son, who behead Christians and hate Jews, and who have occupied the land of Israel longer than any other empire in history, and who serve a god of war just as Daniel describes.

The empire that was to come completely devoured the Byzantine Empire over the course of a few hundred years, and Islam eventually broke into two halves. Islam denies both the Father and the Son, while Rome denies neither. The Pope is clearly apostate, but he still gives lip service to both the Father and the Son. The 10 toes are the ten horns in both Daniel and in Revelation, and Revelation goes on further to specify 10 rulers. They’re the 10 kings given power for an hour. Do you know what the fastest growing religion is today? Give you one guess 🙂

Another one to watch is (very possibly before Ezekiel 38-39, which is definitely stage-setting presently) Jeremiah 49:34-39: God's Judgment on Elam (read, today's Iran). This prophecy has no pre-conditions, as opposed to Ezekiel 38-39 (which still does)! ----- 34 The word of the Lord that came to Jeremiah the prophet concerning Elam, in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah. 35 Thus says the Lord of hosts: “Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the mainstay of their might. 36 And I will bring upon Elam the four winds from the four quarters of heaven. And I will scatter them to all those winds, and there shall be no nation to which those driven out of Elam shall not come. 37 I will terrify Elam before their enemies and before those who seek their life. I will bring disaster upon them, my fierce anger, declares the Lord. I will send the sword after them, until I have consumed them, 38 and I will set my throne in Elam and destroy their king and officials, declares the Lord. 39 “But in the latter days I will restore the fortunes of Elam, declares the Lord.” ----- - Elam is one of the ancient/Biblical progenitors of today's Iran, and was located in the area that is the Bushehr region (where the significant part of Iran's nuclear activities reside). - God will break the "bow" of Elam, which is the "mainstay of their might." We see that even today, Iran's conventional forces are not what they are noteworthy for. However, the whole region (and many nations in the world) are on edge about their nuclear and ballistic missile program, which is the pinnacle of their military development. Elamites/Persians have historically been renown for their archery (remember "we will blot out the sun [with our arrows]" before Thermopylae). God, through Jeremiah, is using the vocabulary of the time to speak forward to the "bows" of today (as this prophecy hasn't been fully fulfilled yet). - God will scatter Elam/Elamites ("bring the four winds") throughout the whole world (read Iranian refugees everywhere) because of..."their enemies", "those who seek their life", and "the sword". The prophecy does not specify who these enemies are, but even now, we can see that Iran has a good share of enemies against it. Even fellow (Sunni) Muslim nations are on board with efforts to keep a lid on Iran's nuclear, ballistic missile, and overall regional hegemonic ambitions, let alone the Western nations, like the US and ESPECIALLY Israel. Israel has been practicing military operations to keep the option of bombing Iran's nuclear capabilities (Remember the recent "Chariots of Fire" exercise, or 1981 Osirak in Iraq, or 2007/8 in Syria?). Now, with the Hamas-Israel War and the Houthis, an increasing amount of US military power is now in the region as well. No idea if/when Israel will give the "green light" for a strike on Iran's nuclear capabilities, or whether Israel will have any American/international support at that (hypothetical future) time, but the pieces are moving there presently. - These events happen because of God's fierce anger against Elam and their "kings and officials". It doesn't take much digging to see why this would be, given Iran's current hatred of Israel and it's obvious support/sponsorship of nations/proxies around Israel harboring genocidal intent against Israel (Genesis 12, etc.).

Finally, Psalm 83 is another one to watch for (before Ezekiel 38-39). Ezekiel 38-39 are stage-setting presently, but not yet ready for immediate fulfillment (though circumstances can change quickly nowadays). 1. One of the biggest reasons Ezekiel 38-39 is not yet ready for immediate fulfillment is because of Ezekiel 38:11. It describes Israel as a "land of unwalled villages. [. . .] quiet people who dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having no bars or gates [. . .]." Israel is CERTAINLY NOT (at this time) a land of unwalled villages. Their nation has the largest border walls/fences presently! Also, the events of October 7th, 2023 clearly show that they are NOT a quiet people who dwell securely without walls, bars, or gates." Israel, currently, does not fit this pre-condition of the nation that Magog and its hordes would later be prophesied to invade. 2. Ezekiel's Magog confederation details an "outer ring" of nations that would invade Israel (Russia, Iran, Turkey, Sudan, Libya, etc.). However, where are the immediate neighbors around Israel in this passage??? Why are they not part of this confederation? It is very likely because this question is answered in Psalm 83. Psalm 83 describes an "inner circle" of nations around Israel that will attack Israel to annihilate her (Psalm 83:4, as opposed to the Ezekiel "outer circle" confederation's aim of "seize spoil and carrying off plunder" (Ezekiel 38:12)). When you see the players mentioned, they ARE the current "inner circle" neighboring nations/people groups around Israel RIGHT NOW. - Tents of Edom (Palestinians, listed first Biblically, most important of the confederacy. Edom originally settled in the area of today's southern Jordan before historical pressures forced them to migrate to today's "West Bank"/Judea and Samaria area during the age of the latter Kings of Judah to the Bar Kochba Revolt era. Notice that it's described as "tents." Tents in the Bible connote refugee and/or wartime conditions.) - Ishmaelites (those who dwell in the greater Arabian peninsula, i.e. Saudi Arabia, Gulf Arab states, etc.) - Moab (central Jordan) - Hagarites/Hagarenes (Egyptians) - Gebal (Lebanon area, Hezbollah) - Ammon (northern Jordan) - Amalek (dwelt in Sinai/southern Jordan area) - Philistia (Gaza Strip) - Inhabitants of Tyre (Lebanon, Hezbollah) - Asshur (Assyria, today's Iraq and Syria region) - Children of Lot (Moab and Ammon, see above) Ezekiel mentions these "inner circle" confederation members elsewhere in other prophecies throughout the Book of Ezekiel, YET, does not include them in Ezekiel 38-39! Asaph, the psalmist, who was also a seer/prophet (2 Chronicles 29:30, "chozeh," same vein as Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel), petitions God to make these confederate members like Midian, Oreb and Zeeb, etc. Looking at what happened during those events in Israel's history during the time of the Judges, God empowered the Israelite forces (like He will do for today's IDF) to destroy their enemies, so-much-so that they will be like Midian, et al, who NEVER AGAIN threatened Israel. With that understanding, it would be difficult to say that Psalm 83 (if indeed prophetic) found fulfillment even in the 1948 War of Independence. One must also consider that to the Jewish/Hebrew mind, "Prophecy = Pattern(s) to Ultimate Fulfillment", whereas to the Greek-based/Western mindset (like ours today), "Prophecy = Ultimate Fulfillment". The 1948 War of Independence may certainly be a pattern/representation of the future ultimate fulfillment of Psalm 83 (because many of the parties/nations that attacked Israel in 1948 are listed here in Psalm 83), but they were not so thoroughly defeated in the manner that the Psalmist petitions (consider that these nations rose up again to threaten Israel in 1956 Sinai War, 1967 Six-Day War, and 1973 Yom Kippur War). The peace treaties with Jordan and Egypt have always been and shaky ground, and these Arab nations that got their statehood in the 1st half of the 20th century really seem to enjoy using the "Palestinian plight" as a political cudgel with which to bludgeon Israel into more land/political concessions, or else there will be war. See how Obadiah 1:7 predicts today's events (how "Edom's" allies drive her to her borders and use her), how the Egyptians REFUSE to take in Palestinian refugees from Gaza due to the ongoing Hamas-Israel war, and how Jordan historically has not integrated the Palestinians into Jordan, but keeps them in the "West Bank" area (even then Jordan was created to be the PALESTINIAN STATE from the original lands of the Balfour Declaration). Thus, upon final fulfillment of Psalm 83 (which would fulfill Ezekiel 28:25-26: "Thus says the Lord God: When I gather the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and manifest my holiness in them in the sight of the nations, then they shall dwell in their own land that I gave to my servant Jacob. And they shall DWELL SECURELY IN IT, and they shall build houses and plant vineyards. They shall DWELL SECURELY, when I execute judgments upon ALL THEIR NEIGHBORS who have treated them with contempt. Then they will know that I am the Lord their God." (Emphases mine)), the pre-conditions for Ezekiel 38 would finally be met for Ezekiel 38-39 to find fulfillment! -> Israel will be dwelling securely, AND the "inner circle" of nations will have been militarily dealt with so that they are not party to the Ezekiel 38 "outer circle" confederation (Even Sheba and Dedan are "warning" Magog's confederation, essentially asking, "Why are you doing this?". )

It may be unlikely that the False Covenant brokered by the Coming World Leader between Israel and the other parties has anything to do with the current Arab-Israeli conflict currently ongoing, but with another issue entirely. The Psalm 83 prophecy (and other corresponding prophecies) show that Israel will militarily, not diplomatically, achieve peace in the region and win wars against their Arab neighbors!*** [The corresponding prophecies, that may or may not be related to Psalm 83, include: Jeremiah 49:1-29, Jeremiah 12:14-17, Ezekiel 25:12-17, Ezekiel 28:24-26, Ezekiel 35:1-36:7, Ezekiel 37:10, Isaiah 17:1-14, Isaiah 19:1-18, Isaiah 11:14, Obadiah 1:1-21, Zephaniah 2:4-11, Zechariah 12: 2, 5-6, etc.] Thus, taking the position that the False Covenant with the Coming World Leader resolves the Arab-Israeli conflict peacefully through diplomacy (and thereby allows Israel to fulfill the pre-condition of Ezekiel 38:11) -> (1) Ignores the unfulfilled prophecies above (especially as a means for Israel to militarily, not diplomatically, achieve peace in the Middle East), and/or (2) Pushes those prophecies into the 1st half of the Tribulation (scriptural impossibility as this False Covenant is to be a guarantee of false peace for Israel, and yet these wars happen during then?), the 2nd half of the Tribulation (scriptural impossibility as the Jews are running for their lives from the genocide of the Antichrist after the Abomination of Desolation, as Jesus commanded in the Olivet Discourse, not fighting anyone), or the Millennial Age (scriptural impossibility as no wars happen then). Instead of resolving with the Arab-Israeli conflict, the False Covenant with the Antichrist may be the political means with which Israel seeks to avoid an "overflowing scourge" that is going on around the world during that time. Consider what Isaiah says about the False Covenant in Isaiah 28:15 (emphases added): "Because you, (leaders of Israel), have said, “We have made a covenant with death, And with Sheol we are in agreement. When the overflowing scourge passes through, It will not come to us, For we have made lies our refuge, And under falsehood we have hidden ourselves." Also consider the additional detail about "Death and Sheol" in the Revelation of the 4th Seal Judgment (especially Revelation 6:8, emphases added): "And I looked, and behold, a pale horse! And its rider's name was Death, and Hades (SHEOL in Hebrew) followed him. And they were given authority over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword and with famine and with pestilence and by wild beasts of the earth." Possibly in contrast to how exposition has been teaching in regard to 4th Seal, instead of KILLING 1/4 of the earth's population, the text states that the riders were "GIVEN AUTHORITY" over a quarter of the earth (so that they are enabled) to kill with sword, etc. Those parties (Death, Hades/Sheol, 1/4 of the earth's population that follow them) are the ones perpetuating the "overflowing scourge" at that future time (potentially the future global Harlot World Religion of Mystery Babylon of Revelation 17 and 18?), that is so significant that Israel feels the need to turn to this Coming World Leader to guarantee their safety from this "overflowing scourge". Isaiah foretells what will happen later in Isaiah 28:18: "Then your covenant with death will be annulled, and your agreement with Sheol will not stand; when the overwhelming scourge passes through, you will be beaten down by it." Daniel and Jesus reveal more about this future event when they talk about the Abomination of Desolation where the Antichrist betrays Israel halfway through this (false) guarantee of peace and begins the genocidal campaign that will encompass the entire 2nd half of the Tribulation, leading to the Second Coming of Jesus. In conclusion, the False Covenant likely has much more to do with terms regarding building the Temple (See how Revelation 11:1-3 talks about how Gentiles are allowed into parts of the area...possibly a condition of the False Covenant?) and allowing Israel to continue its Mosaic religious system "in peace" (likely, in opposition to the prevailing "overflowing scourge" perpetrating the Harlot World Religion throughout the rest of the world). Ezekiel 38-39 is God's "flashing neon sign" where He makes Himself known powerfully throughout the world. Israel is certainly not going to sign up to the Harlot World Religion's system after seeing THEIR God display His mighty hand like that! [***Additional Note: Consider that Jesus commanded the Jews in Judea to flee to Bosrah/Petra when the Abomination of Desolation occurs, which is currently in Jordan today. It is difficult to see Jordan allowing Jews into their borders today to flee as refugees, especially if the present geo-political circumstances continue to that time. However, if Israel conquers Jordan (as Jeremiah 49:1-6, Zephaniah 2:8-9, Isaiah 11:13-14, Ezekiel 25:12-14, Obadiah 1:18, Amos 1:11-15, etc. predict) and expands its boundaries into its territory (as Israel did in the past, such as after the 1967 Six Day War), then Bosrah/Petra would be with the boundaries of a greater Israel, and thus Jews can more easily flee to the location when the Abomination of Desolation occurs. Furthermore, this "greater" Israel would be bigger, richer, more militarily powerful than the Israel of today, which may necessitate (future) Russia to cobble together a large international "outer circle" confederacy to invade this "greater" Israel to take PLUNDER!"]
