Prophet Rev 2 & Strymon Nightsky Ambient Pads

This is the return of the Prohet Rev 2 and the ambient pads it can generate, which is associated with the Strymon Nightsky. I have received requests from people who wanted to see this pedal used in ambient music. So I present 3 different presets, played with the same sound from the Prophet Rev 2.
And the result is just magical: the Nightsky is able to transport sound into new dimensions, and make a drone/soundscape sound in different ways.

@@lecode_music I'll certainly get it in a few months, with some other gears like the Modwave (and the Wavestate, but now, the learning curve seems a bit big). I'm still a total noob but I really want to create soundscapes like this.

@@pyrsmk Ha mais donc tu es français 😉 Je n'utilise pas Discord, il faudrait que je m'y mette. Le Wavestate est sympa, même s'il m'a un peu déçu en terme de prise en main : comme tu le dis, il est assez complexe. Et les presets fournis ne sont pas top, il faut chercher. Je pensais justement l'utiliser dans ma prochaine vidéo, j'ai un preset sympa pour du soundscape.

@@lecode_music Oui oui, j'ai répondu en anglais par habitude :p Je t'encourage à utiliser Discord oui, la communauté des Sondiers est vraiment cool ! (perso je l'utilise que pour les Sondiers et Midjourney). En plus y'a une version web, donc nickel. Tu as pu écouter tous les presets ? Il semble qu'il y en ait pas mal. En tout cas le Wavestate c'est un peu un ovni pour moi. Au final c'est un sampler avec une matrice de modulation de dingue, mais je suis super perplexe quant à la possibilité de créer des sons spécifiques... Je vois des vidéos KZbin avec de l'ambient cinematic style Blade Runner, et je ne comprends pas comment ils en arrivent là 😅 En tout cas, hâte de voir cette future vidéo avec le Wavestate ! ^^

I think Big Sky is a must-have, easy to have good results.

I never use the Immerse pedal, I can’t answer you on this point, sorry. Big Sky is just amazing anyway.

Nothing beats eventide space for pairing with the Rev2…IMO.
