According to this message, you are sinning if you continue to refuse to pay tithe. Is a sin not to pay tithe?

Yes please read Leviticus 27:30 , Malachi 3:8 -12 and Proverbs 3:9... one tenth of our income should honor God . We give unto Caesar what is Caesar & give God what is His.
