I am so glad this video is shown in a way that brings TRUTH to who are really the ones who are homeless. People define these homeless calling them "lazy", "not wanting to work", "addict, alcoholic, etc." As if giving someone a label is what anyone should do to another human being?NEVER!!!!!!!!!! Reality is, the real homeless are a mix of several things. We have our veterans, our elderly, The Domestic Violence Victims, the disabled, the mentally ill, the "kicked out at 18" or even sooner, as well as addicts, alcoholics, disaster victims, families who cannot afford their rent, kids who grew up in the system as foster kids, refugees, those who lost their jobs, and more. Who are we to judge the reason why they are homeless? Why do we care for some, and not others?When the fact is Homeless is Homeless. We should stop judging the homeless and instead of shake our fingers at them, why not do something more productive with our fists by instead... helping them!!!!!!!!!! Even a smile that is free :)Treat them as you would want to be treated, not as someone who tells them to get a job, or get off your lazy ass, etc. NO! YOU GET OFF YOUR ASS AND HELP THEM. Remember compassion is free and so is kindness. You never know, as this song states so clearly, one day it might be you next... and would you want someone to treat you the same way you treat the homeless? If not then change!!!!!!!!!! REAL CHANGE, starts with just one person, one kind word to make someone's day. This kindness changes their life for the better, which is a start in helping the homeless situation and not hurting the homeless situation.
