@@jaspersilus that is true😇- we are lucky boys ! the lift is a surprisingly cheap bit of kit - its having somewhere to put it that's the problem - we get a lot of passers by asking us to work on their cars (which we don't, that would interrupt our coffee and stroking the cat), as we do look the part, but knowledge is a wonderful thing, cannot just buy that ( or I would be fluent in Portuguese, as I am eternally embarrassed about 😭 not grasping well) thanks for suffering watching us :) KR J&N

The rear end of the prop shaft / tailshaft, isn't bolted to the rear axle - or either rear axle. Those 4 bolts connect it to the _pinion flange_ at the front of the _rear differential._

Sir there is no cross joint fittings at my trailblazer 2014 I think this is not a universal cross joint, but how can I put grease on this.
@DrivenMadShow3 жыл бұрын
No experience on a Trailblazer sorry - depends on the age, older vehicles like our L200 have grease nipples everywhere that needs it (need a diagram to find them all) and you need a pump or air grease gun - newer cars use sealed joints that need no lubrication - look for a Facebook vehicle specific forum/group you will get loads of decent help. There are quite a few, this one looks good facebook.com/groups/645974312234883

Nice video! What was the issue with the car? Actually my car is kinda jumping, I feel it on my seat. Can be connected to this
@DrivenMadShow3 жыл бұрын
To be fair, ours drove very well (considering how bad the dampers and bushing's were) - we had a clunking sound, on bumpy roads when turning - the center prop bearing was very worn, we guessed the propshaft was hitting it. Shoving a gopro under, it looked like that was the case, once changed the clunk has gone, but we did leafs, dampers and other things at the same time (as you may have seen in the others) so we still think it was that. When you say jumping, ours bounces about at the rear, but thats due to pickups in general driving better with weight in - an ex work pal of mine had an L200 in the UK and just kept a 500kg metal sheet in the back for that reason alone - could try it with weight and see if it improves or removes your issue ?

Hi, I had the bearing changed like you. Now when I get to 60km / h the whole pick up vibrates. Where can the mistake be? Thanks
@DrivenMadShow4 жыл бұрын
The centre bearing itself is an easy job and should not cause this issue - the spider joint/bearing however was a task as you saw for us - this needs to be aligned according to the style used - the facebook group facebook.com/groups/mitsubishil200ownersclub ... has a couple of professionals on there (which we are clearly not) so I suggest you post this on there - so my very rough and DIY suggestion is the wrong/not aligned or badly fitted spider joint, could be an issue - it would be hard to fit the bearing incorrectly with the assumption its the right one ?
@zuberdhanchora91323 жыл бұрын
Hi did you mark the prop shaft before removed ,if not this could be the issue.
