The five positive millets ( or grains ) are - Kodra, Browntop, Barnyard, Little and Foxtail millets. They help with your diseases and make you healthy. They have high fibre to carbohydrates content that make your healthy. Jowar, Bajra etc are neutral grains which do not fix your diseases but will help maintain your health the way it is. Rice, Wheat are negative grains and are the varieties and the way they are produced and milled make them harmful for our health.
