Thank you! 1. I arbitrarily used a combination of 4mm and 5mm foam, because that's what I had in stock lol. You can use all 4mm, all 5mm, or combination. 2. I just might be working on Wasp soon ;)

Hi Greg, I'm having a bit of a problem with page 7 of your template. The 2 'x edges' don't seem to be fitting together correctly and I'm not quite sure of what bevels I should use on the edges. Would you be able to help? Love how the rest of the helmet is coming together otherwise.

Thank you so much! And it depends on your head size! If you print it at full size (filling the whole sheet without scaling), it should fit an adult head which is about 23”. And you can scale it up or down based on that!

I have always wondered, is super glue a good substitute for contact cement? Amazing helmet, keep up the good work😁

It's definitely usable! The only reason I don't is because super glue gets hard when it dries, so if you have pieces that need to flex a bit, you'll hear some cracking from the dried glue. Contact cement dries to be more flexible so it can flex while still holding the foam together :)

I noticed some of the parts weren't included in the template, that I was a little confused about. The long rectangular pieces on the back of the helmet, the strips that make the beginning of the mouth piece, the details on the actual mouth as well. Maybe I'm just missing that part, but it doesn't show up on the template. ( No hate intended.! I love all your work, I am just a little confused lol )

You’re definitely right that not all parts are included (specifically the strips around the mouth and mouth detail) but everything else should be! Figured those were easy enough to freehand. Sorry for the confusion!
