I started training 3 weeks ago I passed the station codes test with an 85 i’m about to start my ojt training now at Atl airport i’m excited and scared to help customers at the same time 😂😂😂

I start training tomorrow for this position at my base but i am worried that the pay is so low that i don't want to apply for benefits because i will barely have any money I am taking home. Could you speak to this?

May I ask how flexible the schedule is? Is it easy to trade, drop, exchange shifts with other coworkers? Is it easy to get PTOs? When finishing training, could you choose the base/airport you want to be? Or they just assign to whichever airport they need employees?

Hi the schedule is not bad you can swipe with CO-WORKER and sometimes submit the PPT for approval. You can not choose your base, you will be on the base you applied and 6 months after you will be able to transfer to another station if that is what you want.

Does this mean, for example, if I see a gate agent position opening in LAX and apply, then after training, they will for suer to let me work at LAX. They will not send me to other cities. Correct? Do ticket gate agents also have traveling benefits (free flights) as flight attendants?

Yeah you need to have two identifications, driver license and passport
