I’ve lived in DT Bellevue since 2020 and you hit all my pros and cons. The one thing that makes me sad is even after all this time here I still can’t seem to get that “at home” feeling here idk why but I always feel like an outsider, no particular one situation just kinda the vibe, other than that I love it here soooo much.

Great video for me. I come to Bellevue every couple months to be with my partner Millie who resides in a group home due to elderly health issues. In addition, my Granddaughter wants to attend Bellevue College in a year or so. I look forward to contacting you to see if there is any way I can find a boarding room or another option to the long term hotel stays that I currently use. Thanks

Hi! great video, I may be looking to relocate to the bellevue area for a new job. I see the prices are extremely high in the area. I would like to live in bellevue or less than 25 minute commute. Do you think it's possible to find a ready to move in updates 3bed/2bath house for less than 1 mill? thanks!

It is definitely more expensive in Bellevue, but if you go up north to Bothell or south To Renton you can find homes for less. The commute can be 45+ mins depending on traffic. If you're open to condos or townhouses, you may be able to find under $1M in Bellevue or Eastside. Give me a call/email/text if you want to talk more: 206-274-7851, seattle.nowgroup@gmail.com
