Evergreen is an amazing place. So many unique mountain properties, amazing views, and great feel to it. It's the perfect location, you can get to parts of Denver in under 30 mins, but still get a mountain living experience without feeling so landlocked like in summit cty.

This seems to be a very informative video for a gay couple with their token dog, but what's it look like for raising a family, especially youth team sports? There was literally nothing discussed about an actual family moving to and living in this town.

Oh. Everyone is gay in the mountains. I’m gay, Josh is gay, his wife is gay, same with my dog. The whole area is a rendition of brokeback mountain. All Youth sports are non binary and non age biased. I actually play 6th grade football
