@@DaphneBousquetRealEstate I have customers and clients in Fayetteville GA and it’s mind blowing how so many beautiful homes have destroyed or are in the process of destroying their hardwood floors due to people not taking proper care of their investment. A lot of times people will call me after they just brought a home in the area when the seller didn’t properly care for the floors. It’s a serious issue in the Fayetteville GA area. Alot of people aren’t aware of it.

Love Fayetteville The Fayetteville Pavilion has so much to offer! Don’t have to go far to get to the great stores! and surrounding areas, Traffic is good also ❤Less crime than other places in Ga Also a large theater Tinseltown 🎉

The pros and cons don't differ THAT much from year to year. But there are definitely some, especially home prices! Plus Fayetteville now has the new City Center Park! Thanks for watching both videos!
