One thing I would say about the Frisco is that the urban core(if you will) is combined with north Plano. For example, Legacy and Legacy West is technically Plano although it’s on the other side of the highway from Frisco. I just wanted to point that out.

My buddy has a house in prosper and Anna and I’ve spent a good amount of time in Dallas/ Plano/ frisco and I loved it there! If I ever leave California it might be a possibility

We just moved to Dallas, living in a hotel and looking for homes but man are homes overpriced compared to the price of land/new construction.. it’s also pretty disappointing how few Texans there are here in Plano, feels more Liberal than the East coast, my son got told he isn’t permitted to bring his Bible to tomorrows show and tell.. it was 100% his idea. 🤷‍♂️ maybe we need to look further out.

That’s pretty discouraging! Sad thing is, you can drive 15-20 minutes north to the middle of nowhere and builders still want to charge top dollar…. so you can live next to fields and another decade of construction noise. Plus scrawny trees that they plant. Super discouraging.

According to real estate history ( Probably most of the world ), It seems that best and most desired city can, at least, keep the housing price even if the housing price crash in the USA because most people will take this crash chance to move into the most desired cities. Also, according to previous experience around 2008, DFW is least impacted. Also, Frisco ( PGA, Field project and UNT Frisco) and Sherman ( TI's new 30 billion new semiconductor factory ) will continue on attracting people to buy houses. So, I absolutely doubt about Frisco housing price will go down if there is a housing crash ( Maybe, keep the price flat during next crash ). Don't forget that even without remote working and supply chain issue, Frisco's housing price should still grow and continue growing because so many planned big project such as PGA etc..

I been living in Frisco since 2011 and the growth I’ve seen is just amazing and I’m not too thrilled about it because I’m a single woman and I feel like I’m getting priced out by the people moving from California. The diversity is good but it’s becoming overwhelming due to the influx of people moving here.

Even though Dallas Towway is a tollway. However, From Frisco to Dallas is a straight line which use least gas with least car milage plus saving travel time. From Frisco to Austin is also a straight line. Gas & used cars price is so high now so that saving gas and saving milage is also saving money. This is not what you can' get when you travel I-75 from Mckinney to Dallas. Also, east portion of Frisco has choice of Dallas towway or I-75 ( about equal distance ).

Hi Tom,You could have got a pretty good deal deal a year ago for 300K.Unfortuntaly,the houses have increased on average 50 percent in the last one year.The 300k is now 450k now.Most of the people are Indians.

The home prices have already increased by 50% in the last one year in Plano and Frisco.Another 16% is 76% in two years.I am not sure how people are affording this crazy housing price.

During Covid-19, I don't know how can a teach remotely manage/take-care-of 80-100 students. However, I believe that one teacher remotely manage/take-care-of 10 students being possible.

I've been in DFW for close to 40 years. A "crash" just means that appreciation slows down. Home prices do NOT decrease.

@@Ali-mi1hn sellers who think they can flip a house they bought 4 years ago for $750K and get $1.2M this year will be sadly mistaken. There’s a limit. The market is up 40% and it’s not sustainable in the least. There’s a 3900sqft house coming on the market soon for $1.2M 😂 give me a break.
