Thank you for a very informative video. My wife and I had been planning to retire in Florida (we have 10 years to retirement), but we don’t really like being so crowded. I also like the fact that there are no apartments in Madison. The one point you made about conservative values really encourages us to consider Madison.

Other pros - Reservoir, great shopping and eating, Southern charm, low crime, #1 rated schools. Consider also adjacent Gluckstadt area.

That is correct, it's Downtown Jackson...the capital city of MS. Madison is about 10 miles to the north. Lots of folks that live in Madison commute to Jackson for work.
