Hey Paul, thanks for the video :) I lived in Tucson from 1989 to 1999 for college and then Raytheon. Then I moved to Tokyo here in Japan. I always think of Tucson. Had a great time there !

Some good info; but have noticed you realtors in Tucson never mention that Pima County property taxes are significantly higher than in other AZ counties..

That would be talked about when we do the video comparing Tucson to Phoenix. Pima is higher, than other parts of Arizona but much less than most of the rest of the country.

Not holding anything back? Crime is something people want to know about, how safe is this neighborhood or that neighborhood… but you can’t talk about that so that actually is holding something back (and something important). Overall still an interesting and informative video, thank you!

@@LivingInTucsonArizona Didn’t expect the super fast reply. What are your thoughts on dangerous animals, like snakes and poisonous insects, are they a problem to home owners (keeping them out of homes, high number of attacks, etc.)?

@@GhostSal In 16 years I've seen less than 5 rattle snakes. I am not sure where you would go to research those types of statistics, but it's not something you really hear about. The biggest issue I would be aware of would be if the family dog heard a rattler and went near to investigate then got bit. We've always suggested to people to get their dogs rattle snake trained. There are lots of places that do that and for a reasonable price too. You get all those kinds of things in different parts of the country as well.

In Chicago they don’t have to deal with that and when I was in LA I never saw one rattle snake and only 1 Black widow, so not much of a concern… But just the number of different things to be worried out is concerning.
