Thanks for the shout out for The Warehouse at Vaughns! We are doing big things over there and working so hard to make it even better ❤

How come Mauldin does not seem to be a desirable area to live in, even though is much closer to greenville? Instead I hear a lot about simpsonville, Taylors, Travelers rest, greer etc but Mauldin is always out. Can you do a video about Mauldin?

Bought a house in simpsonville a year ago after relocating from marxistchusetts…we are actually thinking about selling and getting out of here..the traffic is so bad it’s un livable..they just keep adding these huge developments with no freaking road work..most intersections don’t have a right turn only lane to help keep traffic moving..it’s insane..you will be in a line of cars over a mile long waiting to turn green with the car in the lead going straight and the next fifty cars behind it just trying to take a right turn…no infrastructure at all ..

So true I moved to Simpsonville on February 2022 I was visiting before that like October 2021 and it wasn’t this bad. In just one year the traffic has gotten out of control

The wife and I are heading out of this POS state called Massachusetts as well. We will be working around the Rt.85 and Rt.276 area. What towns would you recommend now that Simpsonville is rough? I was looking at the Liberty area.

That’s going on everywhere in sc and nc. Even Charlotte isn’t keep up with the population growth as big as the city is. Alot of apartments and houses popping up everywhere. But barely any road work. Traffic starting to look like Atlanta traffic.

Currently planning on doing these for several of the upstate’s surrounding towns! I’ve got some Fountain Inn content coming this summer!

Simpsonville downtown is so quaint even beyond Vaughns plus the concerts and e ends at Heritage Park

I’ve been to a place called “The Slice”. I’m not sure if they have anchovies though.

Simpsonville City Council has intentionally bottlenecked the downtown area so that visitors will be forced to slow down to see the business. Main Street originally was four lanes, but traffic was moving too well, so City Council added flowerbeds in the middle of main street and cut it down to two lanes. City Council spends tons of taxpayers' dollars on entertainment and prioritizes that over infrastructure. Sidewalks, parking, garbage collection, hell, everything is secondary. The Warehouse is always packed, but the inside is so loud it's difficult to carry a conversation.

What are the best and safest places to live in SC?
@Chazlo2 жыл бұрын
I would like to know that as well about the upstate. Googling makes SC sound so dangerous but videos on KZbin don't seem to look like it

I lived within Simpsonville city limits for 9+ years. I hope the outlying suburbs are more friendly than what I experienced. Much "yankee hating" in the old part of town.

It's a typical American town consisting of cheaply built suburbs and strip malls. You can't walk anywhere. The traffic is horrible. It's a hellhole. If you want to live somewhere nice in the area, downtown Greenville, downtown Spartanburg or maybe downtown Greer or Traveler's Rest (though those are small). "Convenience to shopping"-- Woodruff road. NEVER EVER go on Woodruff road. It's a constant traffic jam. Shop elsewhere.
