Hello: How the town builds within nature, not obliterates such. So many business sectors and neighborhoods are cuddled within an almost fortress of trees. The whole country should welcome such a mentality that humans and nature can coexist when people respect and care for the natural surroundings - and want that lovely view of mental health benefits around. Thank you for you and your video. God Bless, John German

If you find yourself in the inner lane of a roundabout but want to exit, just CIRCLE AROUND 1 MORE TIME, *then* move to the right before your exit! I’ve lived where 4-way stops were prevalent & roundabouts are a far better system. It becomes very easy before long.

Nice update. My five pluses and minuses based on a week long trip earlier this year are. Pluses, 1) Beyond friendly people. First thing I heard was " Hello, and Good Morning" 2) Seafood and great restaurants. Locally caught seafood. Checking out the Bluffton Oyster Co and learning so much about the process. 3) History. Heywood House is a unique time capsule 4) Nature. For now it's very abundant. Great trails for walking and biking 5) Local artist. Calhoun Street has amazing art from super talented folks. Now the minuses, not in any order. 1) Traffic Roundabouts. Really dangerous for visitors not understanding that cars from the inner circle can cut in front of the outer circle. 2) Styrofoam. Haven't seen so much in years. And it doesn't go away. 3) Heat and Humidity. I was there before Memorial Day and it was beastly hot. Even the locals said it was hot for that time of year. 4) Handicapped Accessibility. Many building in Old Town would be difficult to get into if using a wheelchair, or walker. 5) Too much growth. Nature is being affected. What are the plans when bad weather hits? Hopefully it will slow down for the sake of the area. BTW, I completely understand tornado concerns in Ohio. I lived in Dayton and Yellow Springs for grad school. Luckily I never came a cross one. Thanks for sharing your insight. Always great learning about the area from your videos.

Why Bluffton instead of Savannah? How do taxes (such as income tax) compare (I'm 75, single, retired)? How do they compare politically and religiously? Is it very conservative there (I'm not). Thanks!
