Nice video . The new Smith's Marketplace super grocery store has now opened about 1 mile away . The Westin Lake Las Vegas has a nice Spa open to everyone . Also there is a Coffee shop , restaurants , lounge , and good shopping in the hotel lobby . This place is a great stay vacation with 2 large pools , water slide , and beach lake rentals . Love Lake Las Vegas .

Glad I watched this video. I wanna pay cash to not have a monthly payment but sounds like you can’t escape that over there. Thinking seriously about Pahrump where I can get a nice home with land or the backyard with golf course views for much cheaper HOA.

No matter where I live I drive. I’ll go to OC for the day (I live in North County San Diego). I drive to the Getty Museum as a day trip. So the Lake Las Vegas location is irrelevant, the unattractive drive to get there will matter over time. Still, what a lovely place…. Thanks for such a well balanced presentation.

I appreciate your honesty, and I think it's such a cool place to live, but no one likes HOA fees and the big concern is the declining water available ( and I love to be around water). Your new 5M home may be a ghost in 10 years.

The water situation for Lake Las Vegas will be fine for the long foreseeable future, it requires more of an in depth answer, but the short answer is, all is and will be fine in our lifetimes.

Personally I love Las Vegas and have family living in Henderson but my Realtor wife was there 2017 and does not mind paying high Mortgage, State and Federal taxes. Paying for bags at grocery stores and paying a Beverage Tax on sodas.
