Mario kart wii was supposed to have a mission mode but it was unfortunately scrapped, so who knows we might have had a mission mode in 7 and 8 too.

big bully scared me when i was 7, it quickly runs closer to me after the countdown drops to start. Especially king boo, he did the same thing to me with his jumpscare. I don't know about goomboss, the only thing he scared me, as he is running to quickly where i was in front of him while i was winning.

They indicate you finished the mission faster than your previous record. Let’s say you finished a mission with one star previously, and you just finished the same mission with three stars, it’ll blink telling you it’s a new record
