Warm ones are always better, but they taste just fine cold, right out of the can. If your camping I get it, roast them over a fire. I've gone on kayak trips and we always bring these as a "mid trip" snack, right out of the can

Never understood why anyone would buy Vienna sausages unless you're some nutty prepper. There are hotdogs that will cost you about the same - and they are not mushy and canned in juices....

3 months, you may have already tried them. It is basically a mini hot dog. Hot dogs use the same ingredients, beef and pork blend (unless you buy beef Frank's or chicken Frank's) they are just canned
