It's about helping people do what they love and teach what they love. Your not a hero until you do that. It's funny how the lack of good info in mainstream schools, opens up a space in the market for success schools to pop up all around.

Owen, this is literally one of your greatest, most helpful uploads I believe for so many in life. I just yesterday had researched these topics, wrote up a few suggestions to two friend's that asked for advice sent them out, but I just couldn't express a more On-Point way of helping than just sending them this video. I've never seen a Coach/Teacher allow a student, even when the student is coaching SENSE which he clearly knows what he's speaking about especially in relation to the Back of our Brains being the dominate factors in CHANGE/GROWTH. I've just never seen a coach give up their time like you did here. Which just proves to the world over, You Actually Care to Care for all of us man. Thank You Bro!! - Bill Cragg

This talk made no intuitive sense to me until i started learning about mens' perspectives- I definitely saw this at the right time! The culture i grew up in doesnt exactly have this paradigm for the same reasons, but there's this similar starting point in mine. This talk is literally the 'secret trick' to understand the way lots of folks are operating. This explained the reason a lot of times when i've helped or supported folks it doesnt actually stick at all. Appreciated.

Thank you, Owen. This is SUCH an important concept and it's a skill I need to train. In business especially, doing online sales, facilitating a free community, I need to filter for people who will actually engage, contribute and get on the train. It's a very delicate balance between service, being patient, but also recognizing people who just aren't "ready": That's a powerful frame for viewing people who won't commit, even if you lay it out for them, for whatever reason, they just don't value themselves enough sometimes, or they are not in the habit of executing and taking action, they are stuck in a victim mindset. You can only inject so much enthusiasm and courage into someone via text or a phone call and you can't drag them with you. They're on their own journey. That being said: It can be very frustrating at times. Freedom from outcome while keeping a strong intent. Same skillset :) Lots of love to all the folks here making their personal contribution to the world via their business or whatever they are bringing forth.

Statistically a lot of BPD people are women. A lot of my past is making sense. I've had two ex's try to kill themsleves. One tried to kill me lol. I got a lot of stories. But, I am the common denominator. I didn't choose better perhaps because I didn't think I deserved better and I was in sex scarcity.

Owen if you don’t hear somewhere out that’ll trigger them and they’ll double down because they think you don’t care. In a way you’re triggering their negative behaviour. Just let people be people, sometimes they get mad etc. if you don’t ignore, it doesn’t get as bad, and the negativity becomes more fleeting. Withdrawal is an automatic coping mechanism/trauma response.

Don't blame yourself on time spent in the past that didn't move the ball. Nobody knows the future. That's why you did many things in the past that didn't materialize to anything now. Everybody does that and nobody can change that unless you know the future.
